Watch in this order
1) Gintama (the one with 200 episodes)
2) Gintama’ (Gintama 2011)
3) Gintama’: Enchousen
4) Gintama 2015 (it’s the one with the degrees symbol next to it)
5) Gintama.
6) Gintama.:Porori-hen
7) Gintama.: Shirogane no Tamashi hen
8) Gintama.: Shirogane no Tamashi hen Kouhan-sen
9) Gintama the semi final

For the movies:

You can watch the first movie if you want to as it’s a retelling of one of the first major arcs of the story that you’ll see in the one with 200 episodes

The second is recommended to be watched after you finish Enchousen

The third movie is a must watch as it is the ending of the series and should be watched after all of the other seasons have been watched

Side note: porori-hen can be watched in a slightly different order if you want. Things get serious at episode 300 so some people choose to watch porori-hen before they get to the serious stuff since it’s 12 episodes of regular light hearted comedy but it’s not required to watch that way

if you use MAL you would already know the prequel-sequel section, it's very well made and very on point most of the time
