| Why don't ya go ahead and recommend it, and then see what happens? Ina few months, probably even weeks, it's going to be a heavily recommended anime to beginners. |

| It's for (people) that like to watch (anime) that goes all out (beyond its boundaries of what should be allowed) Adrenaline, pump veins. It's new, its stimulating, the animation is good and eye-catching (maybe not at some points) In conclusion, it is for starved anime fans that want to see something that goes beyond what they have already consumed before. |

| Wait what? The fact that there is more blood than usual, the main character has no greater purpose in life and there are perverted moments, it does not change the fact that this is a typical shounen xD This isn't sophisticated anime, it's just plain good shounen. You can recommend it to anyone, but it's not up to us whether someone likes it or not. |

| I might be mistaken, but a friend told me that the author had tried to make a successful manag a few times before Chainsaw, but he conclude it didn't worked because it diddn't appeal to the masses. So he did Chainsaw trying to appeal more to the masses with shounen tropes and cliches, because of it, he's not that attatched to this as the other series, but it became a huge hit. So yeah, seeing this post feels a bit ironic. But yeah, Chainsaw does have subtle elements that are outside of shounen and that are more "complex", but they aren't the star and definitely not the reason why its a success |
