FALL MANGA ROULETTE
TRICK OR TREAT EDITION

Hi everyone! Do you feel that cool breeze in the air? It's starting to feel like 🍂 FALL 🍂 has arrived, and that means it's time for another special event roulette! In the spirit of 🎃 HALLOWEEN 🎃 we have prepared a roulette that will work differently from the other seasonal events we've been doing this year, so make sure you read the rules closely!

So channel your inner child and get excited to go trick-or-treating for manga! You'll get to choose which part of town you go to, but you never know what you'll end up with when you walk up to a house and open up your candy bag...

HOW DOES IT WORK?

　— Everyone submits one manga to the pool.
　— The manga will be randomly assigned to the different neighborhoods.
　— Then everyone will send in the neighborhoods they'd like to go trick-or-treating in.
　— Once everyone's been assigned to a neighborhood, you can finally go trick-or-treating and find out which manga you get.

RULES

To join, nominate a manga to the pool using the following form before October 28th.
　— Keep in mind the rules on what you're allowed to submit (see them in the next section).

On October 28th, we're going to randomize the manga into the different neighborhoods and then post the list of manga for each neighborhood.
- After that, you're going to get a PM from TitanInsane asking you to rank all of the neighborhoods by order of preference. Everyone will receive their PM around the same time on October 28th. You have 48 hours to respond by PM with your rankings.
- You'll be assigned to a neighborhood based on your preference rankings.
  - To keep it fair, we'll make a random picking order of all participants like we've done for the summer and fall roulettes. You'll be assigned to your highest ranked neighborhood that still has capacity based on your position in the picking order.
  - If you've read all manga in a neighborhood, please say so when you send in your rankings.
  - If you've already watched the adaptation of a manga in the pool and don't want to read the manga, please provide a list of those manga when you send in your PM.
- On October 31st, we'll randomize the manga from each neighborhood and then we'll post the results, including both the neighborhood you went to and the manga you got from trick-or-treating.
- If you don't send in your rankings within 48 hours, you'll be moved to the bottom of the picking order and then randomly assigned to a neighborhood that still has capacity.
You have until January 1st to read your manga.

　— You will earn 2 points for completing this roulette.
　— You cannot skip or re-roll.
　— You can choose to watch/play/etc. the source material for your manga if you prefer.
　— Completing this roulette will count towards your skip/re-roll cooldowns.
