Does anyone else like ketchup but hate tomato? Also, do you have any other similar weird food tastes?
| I love ketchup and spaghetti sauce, but i always have to get thin/creamy because i hate the biting chunks of tomato, it literally makes me gag when i bite them. I'll also eat ketchup on fries, but i wouldn't dare eat a sandwich with a tomato slice. Is anyone else like this? Or have any other weird food confessions? Like you won't eat something unless it's a certain way |

| Tomatoes are nice. I don't eat them very often because they are like 1400 yen or $10 per kilogram here. You should be grateful for being able to buy them for virtually free. |

| That's very common in children. I'm still not fond of tomato on its own, though I put tinned tomatoes and puree into my pasta sauce and curries. One unusual food quirk I do have is that I will not eat cooked carrots. Only raw. (Except when the carrot is just part of a sauce, stew etc.) |
| i like a tomato slice in a burger or something but yeah im.not just eating a straight tomato. and i dont like squished tomato tasting sauces either, its gotta have other stuff. cherry tomatoes? awful i think that goes for most of the ingredients in whatever meal though, theres a reason im eating it cooked ive got a bit of that picky eater thing still but honestly if somethings nicely made ill probably like it once i get over whatever weirdness about how it looks. i was at a friends place who is a culinary student and they fed me some left over of one of the weird vegetables i dont like and it was great because they knew what they were doing |

| Not really, although I actually really like Tomatoes but rarely have ketchup. Like, I'll only have it on a Burger if it was there by accident, don't exactly hate it though, just tastes so plain. |

| Liking ketchup but disliking tomatoes is super common. I've met a lot of people like that. I like oranges but can't stand orange juice. Oranges are so sweet, but the juice is so fucking bitter and acidic. It's awful. It is pretty handy for mixed drinks though. |
