If you only know the Golden Age arc, you haven't gotten to it yet. As for your initial question, like any work of fiction, a lot of Berserk is inspired by real world events, but not by any one particular person or event. Twilight the character from Spy x Family? He's based on I think actual WWII people so proably but it's a person in Japan. For Twilight the series, idk since I never watched Twilight but if you mean twilight like the moon I guess non fiction since the moon of Twilight is real. |

| I’m assuming you mean that it pulls influence from other medieval stories. No, not that I’m aware of. The only thing that it is historically based on is the 100 year war medieval time period. Other than that, everything is its own original story. |

| No. This is a fictional dark fantasy. You can say it is a medieval dark fantasy world. Kinda like Westeros in Game of Thrones. The story is very unique and unlike anything we've seen before. Blending war and horror in a medieval setting. |
