Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie

| The only bad episodes of Shikimori were the first 2. Then each episode has gotten progressively better. A lot of people dropped it after 2 episodes hence why the scores have dropped. IMO this show is a lot better than Spy Family as that had gone downhill recently to the point of boredom. Edit: Also don’t make a post about an anime you dropped at episode 3 calling it bad. At least watch the newest episodes before forming an opinion… Mod Edit: Removed baiting. |

I'm assuming they meant a show that was highly anticipated, but turned out as a disappointment. Anyways, coming back to the OP, I dont think this show is that bad. I mean, I stopped watching that detective anime after the very first episode. This, I'm able to keep up and enjoy. But hey, That's just how it is for me. It's not the same for everyone. |

| The show for me is a disappointment. I was looking forward to a fun school romance show that had a different take with the role reversal aspect. The show has all the ingredients to be good but the writing just falls flat. I’m really trying to give it every chance but it’s hard for me to care about any of the characters. My favorite episodes have been the one where shikimori was at izumi’s house bonding with his parents and the summer festival episode when they had a great moment at the shrine watching the fireworks. Outside of that it’s been pretty forgettable for me. I will hold out hope that it might finish strong so we’ll see. |
