Cowboy bebop.
Not because of how it ended but rather because once I finished it I knew I would never see anything as great as it ever again.
Still my favorite anime till date.

There are many many many movies & series. First was plastic memories, then 1 scence in re zero,I want to eat your pancreas, silent voice, rascal doesn't dream of bunny girl senpai the death scene, Hotarubi no Mori e - the vanishing scence broke my heart, death of the children in black bullet made me tear a bit, Grave of the fireflies, Akame ga kill (ending) , Erased(abusive scences), Darling in the Franxx(the separation scence), No game no life movie ( the death & struggle), 86(deaths & pasts), Grancrest( the earls death scence)& some others...

i am pretty unemotional in general, i can think of only one time that anime has made me cry and that was when in one piece due to something that iirc happened around the end of a certain arc that had a salt filler (ok i think this is as unspoilery i can get whilst still saying what made me cry, idk how to do proper spoiler tagging so deal with this vague phrasing that probably helps nobody at all)

I genuinely can't remember the first anime I full on cried to since I've been watching stuff most of my life but its probably Code Geass, I still cry to it even after several rewatches.

The only other thing I can think of is maybe like the first pokemon movie when I was a very little kid I think I did but I wouldn't count that if I even did.

Boruto…. Yeah….. didn’t flinch in Naruto but the birthday scenes in boruto had me cry like a little girl. Other than that I cried in HxH, Clannad ~After Story~ and gintama the very finale in this order.

For a while I thought that I couldn't cry to any piece of media, but then I found a special series that I will remember for a long time. I won't say exactly what happened for spoiler reasons, but one of the final scenes in episode 20 of K-ON!! made me tear up. There was also a scene in K-on the movie that did the same thing. I may be able to count the number of times I've teared up to music or anime on one hand, but it makes those moments special.
