I very rarely pick up a dropped anime.
Anything I'm lazy to watch I'll put on hold and be sure to watch later, if I've dropped it it means I basically don't want to touch it.

I remember someone told me "FINISH GREEN GREEN, YOU WON"T BE DISAPPOINTED!"
I was.

It depends on how much I've watched. If it's a small anime, i may just go around seeing it.

Same here, actually. I think I dropped anime as a whole in 2007 before picking it back up in summer of 2009 since I wanted to finish some series that I have free time for. And here I am now, I guess.

Yes, once with Letter Bee. The first time, I watched a couple episodes and found boring but after hearing people saying it would get better ahead I gave it another chance. Since then, I think even harder before dropping an Anime because, if it goes to "Dropped" box it should stay there.

Only once. Legend of the Galactic Heroes.

I watched half of the 1st episode and dropped it, a month later I gave it another chance and I didn't regret it one bit.

Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't. I only give those a second chance if my friends keep pressuring me about them, but there won't be a third chance.

When I first started watching anime I tried watching Elfen Lied, but was grossed out due to the lack of blood and such in it so I didn't make it past the first episode. Now I'm giving it a second chance, but after two episodes, there is very high chance that it ends up on my dropped list again.

Yeah. I actually do it a lot. As of my list right now though, I don't ever plan on picking up on Naruto, Naruto Shippuden, or Fairy Tail.

Thus far, I haven't. Been thinking of picking up Yugioh 5D again, but this time with the subbed version instead of the dubbed version.

There's been a couple of times I've given dropped series another shot. Usually when that happens it's because of a recommendation but it can also rarely be on a whim. Sometimes it leads to a pleasant surprise (R.O.D the TV), other times I'll manage to get through it and still not like the outcome (Ryoko's Case File), or the series could end up right back in the dropped list never to be seen again (Lucky Star).

No... If I "drop" something then it's down there in the gutter with the trash for good. I'll never finish it.

Now, if I just kinda don't like something or if I get bored of something, I'll put it on-hold, and I'll probably come back to it later, but dropped stuff for me is a definite drop.

The only thing I've actually dropped so far is Taimanin Asagi, and it was pretty much unwatchable (for me anyways).

I'm not completely against the idea of giving an anime a second chance but it usually ends up in my drop list for a good reason. So far I have never rewatched an anime after dropping it.

I actually just picked up some of my dropped anime again, just for the sake of finishing them: Gakuen Heaven and Saikano. Gakuen Heaven was inane shit, Saikao was bland and angst-ridden - I still thought they were crap and a waste of time, but no one can say that I never watched every pain-inducing second of them.

There are some anime on my dropped list that I am likely never to finish: Da Capo and Onegai Twins, Mahou Sensei Negima, Gundam Seed... I can't stand the thought of watching another episode, let alone finishing the entire series. I would say the rest of them might have a chance if I have nothing better to watch (which is unlikely).

Well I never marked it as dropped but the second season of Tower of Daruga, I stoped watching for like a half a year and had really no intention of ever watching again and then one day boredom took over and I was like "eh I'll watch the rest of it." sooooo wasn't worth it...

But I also have stuff on my hold list that is a good as dropped, I don't plan on ever finishing nor do I even remotely want to, same with my plan to watches...
It doesn't think, it doesn't feel, it doesn't laugh or cry..... All it does from dusk till dawn is make the soldiers die.

I might, depending on my mood. If it's a show I dropped for a reason that wasn't really important, then most likely. However, if it's just absolutely atrocious no matter how I look at it, then I will never touch it again.

I 've only dropped two anime and considering what follows next in them I probably won't watch them again. Anime that I may continue go to the on-hold list.

I usually try to find out if the anime is suitable for me before adding it to my to watch list. This is why i only have a few dropped animes. I might still give some of them a second go, if i run out of animes, but that isn't going to happen any time soon.
Trolls. Can't live with them, can't live without them. Because they barge in to every thread YOU can find, that's why.

I have done it once and it turned out to be really good. I wish to complete all the series on dropped one day. It will probably take me a lot of time since I can't watch more than one episode of something that horrible. Not even one episode each month.

Yes, but depends on the anime.

When the anime is really sucksI don't watch it anymore.

But when the anime is a boring (not sucks) and if a friend who has watched the whole anime convence me 100% that the anime is really good, I watch it again.

Well I did with Gungrave (the first episode sucks and I didnt watch it furter the first time, additionally back then it was dubbed in german which was horrible)

Other then that my dropped animes are mostly animes I never actually dropped, I just stopped watching and never continued and as I realized that I dont really miss them I kinda dropped them ^^. Probably wont retry those though.
I probably regret this post by now.
