If Berserk gets an adaptation like Vinland saga (by WIT) do you think it'll be greater than VS?

Note: I am not being biased here and I haven't read Berserk manga.

Of course Berserk is better , but Vinland saga is also great. As for anime adaptation, we had to know how they could nail the manga panels.

I haven't read berserk yet, but I do know that it needs a very large budget to get something close to vinland saga. Which is why nobody wants to adapt it properly. But if it did get a proper adaptation, it will definitely become one of the greatest shows in existence. (I haven't read berser btw, but I do know how great it is)

I think season 2 of Vinland Saga will beat Berserk but overall I’d say Berserk is better.

so lets compare these two animes fairly.

First: Animation and Soundtracks
-Ofc, we all know that Berserk anime adaptions are absolutely terrible to be compared with Vinland. So +1 point for Vinland.

Second: Story and Characters
-Well, Berserk won this easily but still Vinland are really good at story telling. +1 point for Berserk.

Third: Enjoyment
-The last point is up to fans and everyone that watched both of these animes because we all have different taste so just please STOP comparing this anime with that anime.

I mean, i know 99.9% of humanity love Berserk

me too, but i dont know why , i still prefer Vinland Saga wayy more than Berserk

for me Berserk just didnt sit well with me compared to VS (i mean like i said i love it but i prefer VS more)

its a 9/10 imo, and yeah i've read Berserk twice

just my opinion tho

berserk would obviously be better but both are 10/10s for me. they are amazing in their own aspects

I'm currently around chap 250 of berserk but vinland saga is just within my taste so berserk prolly never will surpass vinland for me atleast although berserk is objectively better

berserk and winland saga watch both or read it doesn't mather both shows are good no cap but berserk is more for my liking

Ngl, I bet Berserk is cool and all, but the fanbase is pretty jank. Many people just can’t talk about another anime, haha

I think 97 berserk as it stands is leagues above Vinland saga I don't acknowledge the other berserks the 97 adaptation is the only adaptation olm did a great job never knew why they didn't kept it going

A faithful and well animated adaptation of Berserk would be unbeatable by any other series. Unfortunately, that's just a pipedream.

Vinland Saga is a really good manga don't get me wrong, and the prologue as well as the slave arc are some of the best seinen content you'll find in manga, but as a whole it's not on par with Berserk. Golden Age + Conviction + FotME = greatness.
