I would go with ymir(freckles) or gabi. Hange was great as well but her character arc turned out to be more of an implicit and ambiguous one which people could interpret as they wanted to by analyzing it over and over again( It didn't work for me at least because isayama is someone who would spoonfeed even the most obvious details to the viewers). Rest of the characters are either bland or didn't do much in the final arc so I didn't care much about them.

I went with Sasha. some may say she's just there for comic relief and likes to fool around. Don't care. she is chaotic funny. as a duo pair with Connie, they easily make it into my fav character list on AOT. After all those blood and gore, please I still wanna laugh and feel fulfilled...

My favourite female character still has to be Ymir (brunette one) as she had a very satisfying journey and impactful moments that I really liked. She genuinely seemed very fleshed out and well written.
