if you read gotouge's side notes or like extra chapters/panels. you'll see that uzui loves his wives equally, and that is canon. the wives just differ because of the things they want from him. and uzui takes his time to make sure they feel loved. there's no favoritism in their relationship, just because hinatsuru was highlighted in the episode doesn't mean she is uzui's favorite.
