We all know that he has such an amazing leadership, thoughtful, clever, composed, and charismatic. So, I just wanna know some anime characters who have such characteristics. Maybe you guys can tell me so that I might be interested to the show?

Yeah almost the entire cast of Legend of the Galactic Heroes is comprised of admirals, vice admirals and rear admirals and most of them show good leadership.

Read Kingdom. It does have an anime, but I heard early seasons have very bad CGI?

heh even then i don’t think they ressemble each other that much. they do share a lot of qualities tho. lelouch is def a certified badass tho he’s my fave anime character ever lol

I have already watched code geass, and indeed it has such an amazing storyline and characters. But I don't think they have similar characteristics, since lelouch is a bit less composed. Anyway, thx for the recommendation.

Then for sure check it out. Kingdom is all about huge scale wars, generals, bloodshed, and trying to overcome impossible odds. It is really damn good.

As one already said kingdom
Riboku fullfills your criteria
legend of galactic heroes
yang wen li fulfills your criteria
Yusaku kudo and shuichi akai from detective conan fullfill it I guess
Shinichi kudo, kaito kuroba from detective conan and Sora from no game no life also fulfills your criteria (minus being composed)

And I also highly recommend reading kingdom

Griffith from berserk 1997 fits these qualities for most of the show probably my all time favorite character in anime/manga

ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH THIS, check out the OG anime if you don’t want to read it, i did really like the first anime from 97. but then probably switch to the manga i haven’t heard anything good about the newest seasons and the CGI looks weird but you’re welcome to try and let me know what you think lol

I’d probably say Canute after his transformation in Vinland Saga. They give off the same stern and intense stoicism. I still don’t think Canute can match Erwin’s skill in speeches.

Oh damn I misread, my bad lol I didn't care much about Erwin, but here's a list of anime characters that I like with the traits you're looking for

No Game No Life (cunning and intelligence. Cunning and charisma in the movie definitely)
Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion (cunning, intelligence, and charisma)
Angolmois: Record of Mongol Invasion (intelligence and charisma)
Bungou Stray Dogs (fair amount of all 3 in the characters overall)
Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers (intelligence and cunning, not much chance of charisma cause its a game of finding an imposter. Sus, Ik)
