The only thing we know is its still scheduled for 2021. Aniplex has an event this Saturday and Demon Slayer will be a part of it so we might finally get some info here.

Yesterday, there was no release date or even a new trailer during the Aniplex Online Fest 2021. They just released 10 seconds of Tengen opened his mouth without any sound while Tanjiro's and Rengoku's voice actors commented "Sugoi", "Kawaii" :))).

There may be something wrong with Season 2 production. Only 5 months left before 2021 ends, but we have not seen a full trailer. For the movie, they released 3 trailers in February, April, and August in 2020. Ufotable may be sleepy on their early victory or crippled on handling the production schedule.

For 2 months, those scenes we saw back in April have not been synchronized with sound. Many fans are extremely unhappy about that because Ufotable currently does not announce any new project beside Kimetsu Season 2. It seems that the studio is less productive than its fellows in the industry.

They dont release information regarding the anime on international events. We'll most likely get an exclusive event for abematv since kny trailers are always shown for japan only. Besides, the bd is still selling pretty good so its also possible that they dont want mugen train's popularity to die down so quickly.

They did say that they will announce more information on 13th july so lets wait till then, and bro this is kimetsu no yaiba and ufotable we are talking about, i dont think there will be any delays or anything its just that they are still waiting for the right timing but after the success of mugen train, rest assured they would not want to mess up with this.

All were planned ahead, the question is how many episodes this season will have and which time slot it will premiere weekly. It is crucial to predict if the content will be censored or not.
