A question which, even though it's been asked and answered a few times on here, is still always worthy of consideration because it's easy to forget that even though many of us are probably primarily anime fans at this stage, there are still many worthwhile and impressive entries in Western animation even if they're much harder to find nowadays (with the advent of CGI everywhere in the North American industry at least), becoming few and far between and consequently more spaced out over past years and decades.

I don't distinguish in any meaningful way between the cartoon series I started watching and cherished when I was 2 - 3 years-old versus ones I didn't even see for the first time until a few years ago. As far as I'm concerned, I can revisit any of them at anytime, be cast back into their world, and enjoy them equally.

I'm only going to include series in this (television or maybe a few more recent ones are online/web/stream-based; not sure on every title as I don't watch things through the official channels these days), rather than any films.

Mine,

- Avatar - The Last Airbender
- South Park (seasons 1 - 10)
- Futurama
- The Simpsons (seasons 1 - 10)
- The Legend of Korra
- The Wild Thornberrys
- Rugrats
- Rocko's Modern Life
- Courage the Cowardly Dog
- Gargoyles
- Doug
- Ren & Stimpy
- Voltron: Legendary Defender
- TaleSpin
- My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
- The Dragon Prince
- House of Mouse
- Jumanji the Animated Series
- He-Man and the Masters of the Universe
- Rupert
- Hey Arnold!
- As Told By Ginger
- Aaahh! Real Monsters!
- Little Bear
- The Magic School Bus
- Muppet Babies
- Samurai Jack
- DuckTales (original iteration)
- Garfield and Friends
- Madeline
- The Flintstones
- Castlevania
- Exosquad
- Aeon Flux
- The Oblongs
- KaBlam!
- Redwall
- My Life as a Teenage Robot
- Caillou
- Time Squad
- Clerks the Animated Series
- Daria
- The Powerpuff Girls
- Franklin

Justice League & Unlimited
Probably the greatest superhero cartoon in my opinion really complex with tons of storylines which was further enhanced by Unlimited the writers had a great time fleshing out even minor heroes like Booster Gold (a dude from the future that steals a superhero suit and goes to the past to become famous) or Wildcat (a superhero addicted to fighting and a prejudice against people with super powers who enjoys beating them up in cage style underground fights) alongside a really compelling main plot that fleshed out already established main characters

Over the Garden Wall
an Amazing gothic horror story with amazing music that ranges from creepy to childish wholesomeness

Batman Beyond
the successor to batman with a more futuristic punk techno vibe really cool and awesome story that was extended in the last episode of unlimited Terry McGinnis never filled in Bruce's shoes but he really made the show his own by starting out as a novice and really growing to earn the mark as a batman and prove his worth in wearing it

Static Shock (2000)
A really deep show very racially aware without trying to come off as over preachy it was real af to watch it talked about gangs and violence and loads of other stuff that'd be hard to talk about in today's media cause of how sensitive people are wanting to pretend it doesn't exist it had a very likeable protagonist and a catchy af theme song

Avatar The Last Airbender
Had really great character development and world building from the Walls of Ba Sing Se to the Northern and Souther Water Tribes and the Nomadic and Isolated Mountain Air Temples the show was rich with lots of influences that made the show what it is although I never really grew attached as much to Aang as I did Korra but I did think he was a great character and Toph is my Absolute Favorite Avatar Character really inspirational message of being yourself

Young Justice
[i]probably one of the best portrayals of teen drama in a show the characters are legit treated as kids and undergo really devastating moments of grief and despair as well as traumatic moments the best part about the show was it made the sidekicks the center plot and it was amazing seeing Robin, Kid Flash, and Aqua Lad in the first episode great team dynamic even when they introduced more characters to the group

Legends of Korra
I grew up with Avatar but man I related to Korra on such a deep level of insecurity and pain it just hit differently and I liked the fact that the cast was relatively Young Adults with some great drama two of my favorite characters were probably Asami and Bolin and I like how Korra is meant to go through more of a spiritual growth than saving the world like Aang plus Aang was already more spiritually connected so it shows a duality or inverse of the two
