| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Kyougoku Mantarou returns and wants to go to Okaboshi again (calling back to Episode 2). The owner's younger brother is serving there after being fired from the Gourmet Club by none other than Kaibara Yuuzan, estranged father of Yamaoka. It is discovered that the younger Okaboshi, Ryouzou, has developed a smoking habit as a means to ease stress. Smoking has a reputation amongst connoisseurs as an inhibitor of the palate, and possibly transferring the smell of tobacco to the food, thus inappropriate for elite chefs. Ryouzou is encouraged to prepare a new meal at the Gourmet Club, with the hopes of impressing Yuuzan and being rehired. |
