Fruits Basket was phenomenal this season, and even though the final twist was not too too surprising, it just makes me want more and more of the show.” Akuma-chi “I'm satisfied with how S2 panned out. Time to wait for the final season!” KANLen09 “Only 40+ chapters left of the manga to adapt in the finale season next year! The journey of Tohru and the Somas hanging by a thread, and the changing of fates... all is about to be revealed. Season 2 has been phenomenal, and hopefully "The Final" season can match its impact!” MisaoAino: 1 CJLane: 1 k3ls3yr1ann3: 1 vladkob: 1 Screex: 2 Zerity: 3 RiverboatRam: 4 Akuma-chi: 4 KANLen09: 4 54bubbles: 7 DrainZ: 11 Jokobo: 11 2. Echidna's greed is spooky, and I just do not know how Subaru is going to get through this without losing something.” badabass “An insane tea party, turned out to be a confession place. Thats all i can say.” Akuma-chi “GIVE ME PART TWOOOOOO!!!!” Jokobo “pacing of the show was definitely faster, but still plot-wise the progress was much slower, interesting. Love how the witches image was created by author, dissonance between design/personality and corresponding sin.” KANLen09 “NGL, Re:Zero will always be the definition of suffering, and what Subaru has to go through, isn't even the tip of the iceberg yet. Part 1 has already enough trauma to experience all the way through, and Part 2's Winter 2021 arrival I'm anticipating for the worst of the best.” badabass: 1 Akuma-chi: 1 Jokobo: 1 k3ls3yr1ann3: 2 DrainZ: 2 Zerity: 2 RiverboatRam: 3 KANLen09: 3 54bubbles: 6 vladkob: 6 3. Going to miss Natsume and Kaburagi.” badabass “Kabu-Dence at your service, finished a big gap relations among human and cyborg in a nice way. Still, i miss Pipe :(” KANLen09 “MY REASON FOR THE SEASON. What a perfect string of storytelling in 12 episodes that keeps me on my toes to anticipate what's to come. This was a memorable ride through and through. Sincere thanks to Yuzuru Tachikawa and team for bringing this hidden diamond into the "less is quantity" season.” KANLen09: 1 54bubbles: 2 badabass: 3 CJLane: 3 Screex: 3 vladkob: 3 k3ls3yr1ann3: 4 RiverboatRam: 6 Akuma-chi: 6 DrainZ: 9 MisaoAino: 12 Zerity: 12 4. Oregairu is my second favorite series, and the final season was soooo rewarding.” badabass “Oregairu Climax, really pack up the end of them with such a climactic way, on a climax situations too. I am so climax watching that!” Jokobo “Can't write much without small spoilers, but the ending and the 'winner' girl was kinda predictable, but watching it was still very emotional.” KANLen09 “THANK YOU Wataru Watari-sensei for 7 years, 3 seasons and 38 episodes of the most hyperbole show of the 2010s. We came THIS far to see the trio get to their conclusions, a stellar experience from start to finish, and something I'll remember going forward as one of the most influential anime of all time.” RiverboatRam: 1 Screex: 1 Zerity: 1 badabass: 2 Jokobo: 2 KANLen09: 2 k3ls3yr1ann3: 3 DrainZ: 5 CJLane: 9 5. Thats not bad, but other characters also had potential for developing and they were just tossed away or used in comedic way.” KANLen09 “It is what it sounds it is: crime-fighting espionage with UNLIMITED money for hedge-wedge. Some good scenes here and there, but sometimes felt paltry about its presentation and storytelling. Nevertheless, if there's one thing I have gained from this show, it's: Fanservice: UNLIMITED.” 54bubbles: 1 MisaoAino: 2 CJLane: 2 Akuma-chi: 3 vladkob: 5 DrainZ: 6 RiverboatRam: 7 k3ls3yr1ann3: 7 Screex: 7 Zerity: 8 Jokobo: 10 KANLen09: 12 6. Their temple founder was an impostor!” KANLen09 “Season 2 has been fire so far, outpacing Season 1, just from growing story and content. We're entering the 2nd half with a lot of controversy and anticipation for some of the greatest of the series so far. People give series like these the necessary hate for the copy-paste formula, but when it comes to the twists, that's the make-or-break factor, and I personally love it for what it is. Now i really need to get a Charyeok too!” Jokobo “Why are universes created by koreans are so huge... don't really know what it is all about but would love to see second season for these amazing animations” KANLen09 “The worst of the Korean Webtoon adaptations so far. The animation itself does NOT carry the show alone, with the story somewhat being very haphazard. Great job of a SAKUGA from MAPPA, but please, pushing it farther than Tower of God is a mistake in itself.” DrainZ: 4 CJLane: 5 Jokobo: 5 Screex: 6 54bubbles: 8 vladkob: 9 Zerity: 10 MisaoAino: 11 k3ls3yr1ann3: 12 RiverboatRam: 13 KANLen09: 14 badabass: 15 9. Congrats on season 2 KanoKari.” badabass “I want to enjoy it, but i can't. Its just too relatable for me, and far away for my senses irl. Now i really need to rent-a-gf too.” Jokobo “Uhh, I'm so angry at this ending. Usually I try to justify the Kazuya's behavior, but this time it was so freaking stupid, like all his character development never happened.” KANLen09 “From a manipulative ex to downright cute girls to "rent" and love (with a lame-ass MC), this show has caught the anime community by storm, with tons of negative criticism. I beg to differ. While I have a love-hate relationship for this show, I'm anticipating S2 when it drops to continue this "rent-a-girlfriend" mess.” DrainZ: 1 Jokobo: 3 vladkob: 4 KANLen09: 9 CJLane: 10 Screex: 10 Zerity: 11 MisaoAino: 14 badabass: 14 Akuma-chi: 14 11. Not going to lie, I kind of forgot about the actual race... whoopsies.” Jokobo “Predictable and enjoyable show. Would love some more romance in it, cause there was some hints but thats all and I liked Xia Lian a lot.” KANLen09 “A 3-month delay won't stop this from flexing its Wild Wild West theme of wild races and gunmenship. Otherwise, what a wild ride this is, and it's certainly a treat of the wildest kind. And to believe all of this is heralded by one person, that makes the encounter even more deadly.” MisaoAino: 3 Jokobo: 6 Screex: 8 Akuma-chi: 9 k3ls3yr1ann3: 10 54bubbles: 11 vladkob: 11 KANLen09: 11 RiverboatRam: 12 DrainZ: 12 12. Certainly had fun watching the infotainment show for all its worth, and it's sad that Corona has to take potential viewerships away. Definitely not one to miss out on.” Akuma-chi: 5 k3ls3yr1ann3: 6 Jokobo: 7 MisaoAino: 8 KANLen09: 8 RiverboatRam: 9 CJLane: 13 54bubbles: 13 13. Bring on SAO Progressive!” Akuma-chi “SAO's endings are as hamfisted as... well, usual. I expected it in some ways and not in others, I suppose.” Jokobo “I expected completely different ending to be honest, this one was quite empty and plain, your typical happy end with some hints about incoming 'danger'.” KANLen09 “Finally, the entire Alicization arc is over, and what a journey this has been from start to finish. SAO has truly steeped its toes hard and made a place in every otaku's hearts, love it or hate it. The atypical resounding finale aside, definitely can't wait for Progressive a.k.a SAO Aincrad: Brotherhood!” Zerity: 4 KANLen09: 5 Akuma-chi: 8 DrainZ: 8 Jokobo: 9 RiverboatRam: 10 CJLane: 11 14. Guess the annoying brat that is Uzaki-chan will grace us yet again with her boisterious personality in the future, but for now, the memes will keep coming forth. However, seeing the chance is so low, a cute patch on Juuzo's coat suited well as a farewell.” KANLen09 “While being in the same vein as Part 1 is during Fall last year, Part 2 here was kinda drab in comparison to Part 1. Though the content and presentation gets better in the 2nd half, it kept being drier and drier. It's enjoyable to a certain degree, but I wouldn't push past it.” Screex: 5 CJLane: 6 badabass: 7 vladkob: 8 KANLen09: 13 k3ls3yr1ann3: 14 DrainZ: 14 RiverboatRam: 15 16. For me, it's just an idol-fest show through and through, and it does nothing to stand out from the pack in the genre. Kinda lame though if it's only to advertise the promotions and such.” badabass: 6 Akuma-chi: 10 RiverboatRam: 11 CJLane: 12 Jokobo: 13 18. Its really understandable, and i can't resist it!” Akuma-chi “I'll be honest, I didn't really mind this too much by the end. Pretty good for showers.” KANLen09 “An OK show for being a nutty rip-off of Monster Musume Nichijou, but I'd find that it basically just fails at making unique content other than the appeal of monster girls of where the inspiration came from. Some good and bad in it, and yeah, full of moans and sweats.” badabass: 10 Akuma-chi: 11 Screex: 12 DrainZ: 13 k3ls3yr1ann3: 15 KANLen09: 15 19. Still, the concept of magical law was beautiful if its get a deepen story, and a better characters.” KANLen09 “Overall, like the precedessor season, I felt like it was more of the same "horror-ish" elements that were more a feature than actual storytelling. Quite MEH to be honest, and I'd wish Studio Deen not to make Season 3 coz that would be a waste of money.” 22. Digimon Adventure: (38.25 Points) [Top: 22] [Shift: +2] MisaoAino “The new ending is awesome xD Can we talk about endings here? Well, ending is good, yeah. The show? Ooh... well... it tries...” KANLen09 “5 months with this show, and 17 episodes later, I can say that it's getting a whole lot better with the content and presentation, all while still being sloppy at times. Regardless, we're still on a long-aways journey, and quite hesitant, but excited to see what follows through.” 23. Dokyuu Hentai HxEros (34.75 Points) [Top: 21] [Shift: -2] RiverboatRam “Really did a nice job as an ecchi show. Heck, I even picked up the manga of this, so that is saying something.” Akuma-chi “Actually kind of a fun show, despite everything.” KANLen09 “What a comically stupid Power Rangers / Super Sentai show, but I'd guess the real winners are those who've watched the partially-uncensored versions if there is a need to watch this show for all it's worth. Otherwise, the manga is better and the anime adaptation a novelty project in and of itself.” 24. Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e (666/100) Damn, my dear demon lord. He brought back the 3rd wifes into his home, together with her 10000 childs he might needed to care off! 10. Monster Musume no Oishasan (69/100 x2) The medical treatment of him, against the dragon girl, ended up being a cute thing. Its really understandable, and i can't resist it! 11. Umayon (troll uma/100) The troll moments at the end just tackling me, obviously with their announcement too! 12. Muhyo to Rouji no Mahouritsu Soudan Jimusho 2nd Season (60/100) Interesting from the start, lacking its potential by the end. Still, the concept of magical law was beautiful if its get a deepen story, and a better characters. 13. Koi to Producer: EVOL×LOVE (~/~) I really need to evolved myself too to survive from the wild life in my place. Please, Queen, help me! 14. Kanojo, Okarishimasu (pathetic 'me' simp ftw/100) I want to enjoy it, but i can't. Its just too relatable for me, and far away for my senses irl. Now i really need to rent-a-gf too. 15. The God of High School (Mkb/100) From a simple tournament, ended up being a misleading war. Now i really need to get a Charyeok too! @Akuma-chi 1 Re:Zero kara Hajimaru isekai Seikatsu Season 2 2 Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T 3 Fugou Keiji: Balance:Unlimited 4 Fruits Basket Season 2 5 Houkago Teibou Nisshi 6 Deca-dence 7 Yu☆Gi☆Oh!: Sevens 8 Sword Art Online: Alicization - War of Underworld part 2 9 Appare-Ranman! 10 Lapis Re:LiGHTs 11 Monster Musume no Oisha-san 12 Dokyuu Hentai HxEros 13 Bessatsu Olympia Kyklos 14 Kanojo, Okarishimasu 15 Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha: Shijou Saikyou no Maou no Shiso, Tensei shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e 16 The God of High School 17 Koi to Producer: EVOL x LOVE 1 Re:Zero kara Hajimaru isekai Seikatsu Season 2 GIVE ME PART TWOOOOOO!!!! 4 Fruits Basket Season 2 I'm satisfied with how S2 panned out. Time to wait for the final season! 5 Houkago Teibou Nisshi So cute~ Not that they need another season but if they did and it kept consistent with the quality of this, I think I wouldn't mind. 8 Sword Art Online: Alicization - War of Underworld part 2 SAO's endings are as hamfisted as... well, usual. I expected it in some ways and not in others, I suppose. 11 Monster Musume no Oisha-san I'll be honest, I didn't really mind this too much by the end. Pretty good for showers. 12 Dokyuu Hentai HxEros Actually kind of a fun show, despite everything. @Jokobo 1. Re:Zero kara Hajimaru Isekai Seikatsu 2 2. Ninja Collection Re:Zero kara Hajimaru Isekai Seikatsu 2 Pacing of the show was definitely faster, but still plot-wise the progress was much slower, interesting. Love how the witches image was created by author, dissonance between design/personality and corresponding sin. Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru 3 Can't write much without small spoilers, but the ending and the 'winner' girl was kinda predictable, but watching it was still very emotional. Kanojo, Okarishimasu Uhh, I'm so angry at this ending. Usually I try to justify the Kazuya's behavior, but this time it was so freaking stupid, like all his character development never happened. Toaru Kagaku no Railgun T This season was a banger like the previous ones, but now there's a lack of source material to adapt, so the next season will probably be in a few years at least... The God of High School Why universes created by koreans are so huge... don't really know what it is all about but would love to see second season for these amazing animations Appare-Ranman! Predictable and enjoyable show. Would love some more romance in it, cause there was some hints but thats all and I liked Xia Lian a lot. Houkago Teibou Nisshi I need to wait for another seasonal iyashikei now... Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai Fun and enjoyable to watch at times, but but I miss that feeling of sweetness and relaxation as with Takagi-san. Sword Art Online Alicization - War of Underworld 2 I expected completely different ending to be honest, this one was quite empty and plain, your typical happy end with some hints about incoming 'danger'. Fugou Keiji: Balance:Unlimited Such a wasted cast of characters, mostly focusing on the duo of main characters. Thats not bad, but other characters also had potential for developing and they were just tossed away or used in comedic way. @KANLen09 1) Deca-Dence 2) Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Kan 3) Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (Season 2, Part 1) 4) Fruits Basket (Season 2) 5) Sword Art Online: Alicization - War of Underworld (Part 2) 6) Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha 7) Enen no Shouboutai: Ni no Shou 8) Houkago Teibou Nisshi 9) Kanojo, Okarishimasu 10) Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai! 11) Appare-Ranman! 12) Fugou Keiji: Balance:UNLIMITED 13) No Guns Life (Season 2) 14) The God of High School 15) Monster Musume no Oisha-san 16) Koi to Producer: EVOL×LOVE 17) Digimon Adventure: 18) Dokyuu Hentai HxEros 19) Umayon 20) Bessatsu Olympia Kyklos 21) Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan 22) Lapis Re:LiGHTs 23) Muhyo to Roujii no Mahouritsu Soudan Jimusho (Season 2) 24) Gibiate 1) Deca-Dence MY REASON FOR THE SEASON. What a perfect string of storytelling in 12 episodes that keeps me on my toes to anticipate what's to come (and the constant plot twists), and I'd have to say that this was a memorable ride through and through. Sincere thanks to Yuzuru Tachikawa and team for bringing this hidden diamond gem into the "less is quantity" season. 2) Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru. Kan THANK YOU Wataru Watari-sensei for 7 years, 3 seasons and 38 episodes of the most hyperbole show of the 2010s, Oregairu. Damn, to think that we came THIS far to see the trio of 8man, Yui and Yukino get their conclusions (and with Season 1's sweet, sweet OP to wrap things up), it was a stellar experience from start to finish, and something I'll remember going forward as one of the most influential anime of all time. 3) Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu (Season 2, Part 1) NGL, Re:Zero will always be the definition of suffering, and what Subaru has to go through, that isn't even the tip of the iceberg yet. Part 1 has already enough trauma to experience all the way through, and Part 2's Winter 2021 arrival I'm anticipating for the worst of the best. 4) Fruits Basket (Season 2) What a fit to the finish. Only left with the remaining third (40+ chapters) of the entirety of the manga, and the finale season is coming next year! The journey of Tohru and the Somas hanging by a thread, and the change of fates for everyone, all is about to be revealed. In the meantime, Season 2 has been phenomenal, and hopefully "The Final" season can match its impact! 5) Sword Art Online: Alicization - War of Underworld (Part 2) Finally, the entire Alicization arc is over, and what a journey this has been from start to finish. From gruesome killings to yet another world set in stone, SAO has truly steeped its toes hard and made a place in every otaku's hearts, love it or hate it. The atypical resounding finale aside, definitely can't wait for Progressive a.k.a SAO Aincrad Brotherhood! 6) Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha POWER FANTASY TO THE MAX. As always, people give series like these the necessary hate for the copy-paste formula, but when it comes to the twists, that's the make-or-break factor, and I personally love it for what it is. Hate me all you want, but OP MCs are my edge lords to just turn off my brain and enjoy for what it is. 7) Enen no Shouboutai: Ni no Shou Season 2 has been the fire so far, outpacing Season 1, just because of the growing story and content. From Shinra's Adolla Link to the Chinese Peninsula and towards Haijima Industries, we're entering the 2nd half with a lot of controversy and anticipation for some of the greatest of the series so far. Misjudgment is the perception, but understanding is key. 8) Houkago Teibou Nisshi The CGDCT of the Spring season is finally over, and what an "epic" tale of fishing proportions alike. Certainly had fun watching the infotainment show for all its worth, and it's sad that Corona has to take potential viewerships away. Definitely not one to miss out on. 9) Kanojo, Okarishimasu The eye-catching show of the season, and for rightful reasons. From ex-manipulative to downright cute girls to "rent" and love (with a basically lame-ass MC), this show has caught the anime community by storm, and with it, the tons of negative criticism, but I beg to differ. Even with such circumstances, I have a love-hate relationship for this show, but anticipating the Season 2 when it drops anyways to continue this "rent-a-girlfriend" mess. 10) Uzaki-chan wa Asobitai! Massive SUGOI DEKAI for Season 2! Guess the annoying brat that is Uzaki-chan will grace us yet again with her boisterious personality in the future, but for now, the memes will keep coming forth. Didn't expect to love this, but well, the love-hate relationship is real, and that's A-OK. 11) Appare-Ranman! A 3-months delay won't stop this from flexing its Wild Wild West theme of wild races and gunmenship. Otherwise, what a wild ride this is, and it's certainly a treat of the wildest kind. And to believe all of this is heralded by one person, that makes the encounter even more deadly. 12) Fugou Keiji: Balance:UNLIMITED It is what it sounds it is: crime-fighting espionage with UNLIMITED money for hedge-wedge. Some good scenes here and there, but sometimes felt paltry about its presentation and storytelling. Nevertheless, if there's one thing I have gained from this show, it's: Fanservice: UNLIMITED. 13) No Guns Life (Season 2 / Part 2 / 2nd Cour) While being in the same vein as Part 1 is during Fall last year, Part 2 here was kinda drab in comparison to Part 1. Though the content and presentation gets better in the 2nd half, it kept being drier and drier. It's enjoyable to a certain degree, but I wouldn't push past it. 14) The God of High School The worst of the Korean Webtoon adaptations so far, and for good reason. More differences than similarities with that animation itself does NOT carry the show alone, and the story somewhat being very haphazard. Great job of a SASUGA from MAPPA, but please, pushing it farther than Tower of God is a mistake in itself. 15) Monster Musume no Oisha-san An OK show for being a nutty rip-off of Monster Musume Nichijou, but I'd find that it basically just fails at making unique content other than the appeal of monster girls of where the inspiration came from. Some good and bad in it, and yeah, full of moans and sweats. 16) Koi to Producer: EVOL×LOVE The finale show to end yet another paltry season, I know much about otome adaptations for being the worst written and boring shows just for advertisement, but this show is the better spectrum of representation of the genre overall. Had some enjoyment for it, but that's pretty much about it. 17) Digimon Adventure: 5 months with this show, and 17 episodes later, I can say that it's getting a whole lot better with the content and presentation, all while still being sloppy at times. Regardless, we're still on a long-aways journey, and quite hesitant, but excited to see what follows through. 18) Dokyuu Hentai HxEros What a comically stupid Power Rangers / Super Sentai show, but I'd guess the real winners are those who've watched the partially-uncensored versions if there is a need to watch this show for all it's worth. Otherwise, the manga is better and the anime adaptation a novelty project in and of itself. 19) Umayon Overall, an average but nice diversion of a spin-off to the actual series, of which Season 2 is officially greenlit for next year! Can't wait for more horseplay tournaments. 20) Bessatsu Olympia Kyklos The creation of a fake Olympia is upon us...but getting pretty tame compared to the earlier content. 21) Peter Grill to Kenja no Jikan The "Interspecies Reviewers" over-the-top draw-the-line "I can't believe it's (actual) Hentai" half-length show of the season, and quite sad to see it go out like this. It was fapping of the finest kind, and it's too bad it's plain bad to average. Well, if I've learned one thing from this: sex is nothing as compared to real life. 22) Lapis Re:LiGHTs Overall, it's a product for a niche audience, and definitely can see why people who are into idols love the hell out of it. As for myself, it's just an idol-fest show through and through, and it does nothing to stand out from the pack in the genre. Kinda lame though if it's only to advertise the promotions and such. 23) Muhyo to Roujii no Mahouritsu Soudan Jimusho (Season 2) Overall, like the precedessor season, I felt like it was more of the same "horror-ish" elements that were more a feature than actual storytelling. Quite MEH to be honest, and I'd wish Studio Deen not to make Season 3 coz that would be a waste of money. 24) Gibiate THE SHITSHOW of the season has ended, and WOW, what a sight to behold. From one person alone, this massive atrocity of a show was made to appeal to the masses, but more often than not in the most "wrong but correct" kind. Hope people like Ryo Aoki never touches the anime medium again. @badabass @CJLane 1.Fruits Basket 2nd Season 2.Fugou Keiji: Balance:Unlimited 3.Decadence 4.Enen no Shouboutai: Ni no Shou 5.The God of High School 6.No Guns Life 2nd Season 7.Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha 8.Koi to Producer: EVOL×LOVE 9.Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Machigatteiru.
