I really admire their songs. I think the only inferior part has to do with my own order of listening, if I reset my memory then listen to all Digimon songs maybe these new songs will rise to the top. Takayoshi Tanimoto really improve a lot since Tamers and Xros Wars.

Anyway, I found that Mikakunin Hikousen (Unidentified Airship) riff and piano part of Be the Winner reminds me of Majin Bone OP "Legend is Born" by Kazuki Kato

And X-treme Fight pre-chorus to chorus is similar to Zoids Wild insert song by Penguin Research

And yes, Be the Winner has guitar riff that paying a tribute to Brave Heart, I think the only other Digimon song that did this is the 50 seconds intro of Believer in Savers.
