i started watching konosuba and i watched like 3 episodes so far. it was recommended to me by a fellow otaku. he said it is funny but i don't find it funny. it seems too lame. i would like to know if it gets better later on the anime

I thought KonoSuba was funny from the start. I think KonoSuba is not your type of humour and should probably consider dropping it. Humour is very subjective after all. The comedy and the 4 main characters' shenanigans are the main reasons people like this.

Like Theo1899 said the humor is two-sided, either you like it or you don't. If you're not finding it funny, then its not for you.

It's nearly entirely a comedy, so I'd recommend watching the first episode to see if the style of comedy works for you. though keep in mind that it changes bit by bit as it goes along. It's well animated and directed, sounds and feels good for the entire two seasons. But if you're not feeling the comedy by say episode 3, i'd say to try something else.

It depends on your own taste, personally I found it to be a pretty chill and funny anime that I could just kick back and relax watching but this style of comedy is not for everyone so if you aren't enjoying it I would drop it

Whether KonoSuba is good or not lies in your hands to decide. There are many split opinions on KonoSuba... but I personally love KonoSuba and its weird humor. I also find it good because it shows the true side of being a complete weirdo.. which I am myself so I guess I kinda related to it. I recommend to someone who can take fan service and weird humor. Honestly this anime is one of my favorite isekai anime (and I’m not very fond of isekai because I find it boring) but KonoSuba was an anime I somehow connected to through my weird side. My final answer is; KonoSuba is good in its own strange way.

yes it gets super awesome. I totally love this anime. First of all, you have to make sure whether it's up your alley because it lacks a strong plot. it's just a comedy ,laid back, aesthetic anime which is totally character driven.for you to like it you need to have an affinity towards its characters which develops gradually . So give it a try to atleast 10 ep .
s1 OVA is just super awesome Af.

No. There is no plot, no character development, and not a single funny joke. Why you would watch this anime is beyond me.
If you've seen 1 episode you've seen the entire show.
