| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- A sad moment for the fox - achieving human form only to find out that during his 40 years away, his human friend grew into the kind of cold-hearted murderous soldier that he hated in his youth. Even still, the fox still willingly consumed all that evil energy and even sacrificed his own tail to save his friend - or rather, the person his friend used to be. The only way to save the fox was to have him reborn into a pup. He's too cute! The priestess might act aloof but she's kind at heart. Only let the men in the tavern die because she knew they were heinous criminals. Turns out she even adopted and raised the little monk from a baby. She's like an exasperated mom hahaha. "If you want to keep the fox so bad you take care of him. I'm not lifting a finger." Parents who don't want pets always end up bonding with the pet the most :) |
| At least after being reborn the fox can stay with them |
