| As the title implies, I am looking for female characters in anime/manga that wear baseball hats as part of their usual clothing or at least consistently throughout the show/manga. I can't think of that many characters off the bat, so any help will be appreciated. I'm sure I'm not the only one who finds baseball hat clad waifus cute..... |

| Gaen Izuko from Monogatari series, but she is a minor character. Yozora sometimes does, from Haganai, but I can't recommend watching that show. Occasionally the Love Live girls wear hats, just occasionally. The Platelets wear hats in Hataraku Saibou...everyone in Hataraku Saibou wears hats Uhh certainly in a baseball anime, they would wear hats? Sorry if I wasn't any help.. |

Mikoto Misaka in A Certain Scientific Railgun wears a baseball cap in some scenes. Not consistently, but she's a noteworthy character who looks and acts even more kickass with the hat! |

| Thanks for the replies guys. I got some good ideas here. @Maenads I actually just finished Haganai and I agree that its not recommendable. Yozora for lack of a better word was a asshole throughout the whole series. @SadMadoka I was on the fence about Railgun, I will have to give it a try now. One prominent character that wears a baseball hat most of the time is a Ren Ashihara from the second season of Ro-Kyu-Bu. She basically acts like a punk throughout the whole show, but its excusable since she is a loli. |

Without seeing the main series, you won't have nearly as much background info. Railgun takes place before and during the main series, focusing on Misaka and pals. The quality of this franchise is kind of all over the place. One Railgun scene is among my favorites in all of anime, though. |

Yep, one of the reasons I was on the fence about it was because its a pretty large franchise and would require a pretty big time commitment to finish, and magical shows can be very hit or miss. I might as well give it a shot, its a pretty popular show so it might be interesting to see what the hypes about. Sometimes one great scene or episode in a series can top the scales in it's favor even if it was overall a subpar series. For example I wasn't a huge fan of Madoka but the scene with Homura flinging all that hardware at the witch made the series feel pretty cool. |

No mention of the girls from Cross Game? Here's Aoba  Aoba is recruited at one point to join an all-women's national team. All of its players wear hats. I suspect you'll see girls in baseball hats in other adaptations of manga series by Adaichi. I'm pretty sure one has appeared already in Mix. The girls in Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryouko wear army helmets and look cute in them. |
