That one scene in Daily Lives of High School Boys where the one guy shaved his nipple hair with a razor.
(Bare in mind he is supposed to be telling a scary story)

Baka to test, School Rumble and Kaguya have made me laugh a lot.
But there's one that made laugh non-stop the whole episode every season and it's Yuru Yuri.

Probably School Days when everything was going off into the deep end.

Or less ironically at a legit funny moment in Azumanga Daioh.

It was the episode that Chiyo and Nozaki cycled with that monstrosity, and I think I've laughed way more with novels/mangas than anime
(Like with this novel, and Yotsubato...).

In most cases, the MAL Average Scores don't mean anything, here is a question: were the works made before 2000 all shit?
Why are they so damn scarce in the Top 50? Think about how MAL is quite literally a filtered amount of the Anime fanbase.

Here's a timeline of the Top 15 in which you can check that, almost always, the scores are affected by the freshness, popularity and other factors that have nothing to do with quality.

The dubbed version of Busou Shoujo Machiavellianism second episode. The reason is that there’s three times when they said motherf***er towards the MC. It’s the first anime I’ve seen where they say motherf***er even if it’s beeped. I laughed my ass off.

Ikr! Baccano! may not not be deepest show ever made (debatable) but it's among the most entertaining things I've ever seen.

Agreed. Baccano is really a textbook example of how an ensemble cast should be done, and I also loved the method of how the story was told. The specials were a bit of a letdown for me, though. Didn't have enough Isaac and Miria xD

[quote=Kruszer]These have probably made me laugh the hardest:

The Melancholy of Haruhi-chan Suzumiya (a Parody of the Haruhi Suzumiya series)

The scene where Kyon and Kyozumi are about to finish their puzzle is pretty hilarious. Definitely up there for me in terms of funniest anime moments.

Sakamoto desu ga, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya (Kyon's witty remarks are class apart) come in at a close 2nd position

Recently the one I remember is What's Michael and also the Pretty Sammy TV series. Also rewatched Nadesico. Deifying Gekiganger (a Getter Robo similar mecha series) to the point of regulating world, social and personal issues was more hilarious than I could endure.

One reason I adore this series instead of Evangelion

Gintama in general cracks me up. Can't remember the episode exactly, but there was bald samurai(s?) and they kept showing the handsome version of them and writing "this is not how they actually look like". Idk why I laughed so hard at that. Also, them shogun episodes. God, they were hilarious.

I believe it's episode 3 or 4 of the show Ben-To, where the protagonist is handed a jacket with the letters KKK and then a scene is shown with a bunch of Japanese guys holding off a crowd all wearing jackets with the letters KKK on the back. I laughed hard, rewinded, laughed hard, rewinded, took a screenshot.

Some that I remember are:
Barber arc, actually, all shogun episodes lmao.
Everyone prank Gintoki arc, the one with conveyor belt and all kind of thing on it, and then the monster neighbor arc. Damn I forgot most of the names lol. But really, a ton of scenes made me laugh so hard. These are only the one on the top of my head

One Piece, Gintama, Jojo, Konosuba and Daily lives of high school boys have been the ones with the most hilarious stuff I have seen. Gintama though has to be the only anime that has made me pause the episode because I couldn't pay anymore attention since I was uncontrollably laughing.

Gintama for sure. Maybe when gintoki mimics doraemon or when katsura mimics Santa claus.

If we are talking about animes I have seen recently, episode 6 of tatami galaxy made me burst of laugh, that Jhonny's scenes were brutal.
Eventually, you'll fall into death's embrace anyway, so it's stupid to be bound by useless ideals.
