The anime is faithful to the source material. Despite this focus on Itsuki, Yotsuba and her have the least romantic development with fuutarou. Nino, on the other hand, will be the biggest threat to Miku's position. While we have yet to see dark Ichika go all out, a mere glimpse of it was enough to shake Miku with fear. So yeah while I do agree with Miku being in the best position of this harem, Itsuki has a lot of ground to cover and I mean A LOT.

It seems like that at first since the others haven't been given too much focus yet. I would say Nino and Ichika had further development than the ones you've mentioned so far (in the manga) although Itsuki hasn't been given a much more in-depth development so far.

From the manga pov the one with the highest chances are Nino>Miku>Ichika>Yotsuba well because of ch 72 and than Itsuki it isn't even shown that she has romantic feeling for Fuutaro.

Believe me if you read the manga she becomes a much more likable character. I wasn't that much of a fan of her character in the anime, but usually hard cases like her are the softest in the inside.

I am strongly going with Miku…

Reasons...

1.The girl that appeared in the wedding dress in the first episode closely resembles her.

2.She is the one acting the most interested.

3.I detect subtle attempts at a shift from the other sisters...

Based on current information from the anime so far as ep 6:

Imma be pretty salty if he'll hook up with Itsuki instead of Miku. Can't imagine a relationship with someone that stubborn going so well...unless, it's all a fake and she's actually sweet & reasonable deep inside, but we'll see.

As for Nino, she's straight up acting like a bitchy spoiled brat so she's got a lot of ground to cover just to get to neutral status - not sure a 6 more eps are enough for that.

The candidates are Miku or Itsuki. For me, is Miku because Itsuki haven't had a romantic development in the manga yet, unless that... I don't want to spoil the manga. Furthermore, after reading the last manga chapter, I think Ichika made a bad move. Sadly, those chapters aren't going to be animated but who knows maybe I am mistaken.

The one from the Wedding flashback will be Itsuki but i think it will be a Harem ending,we already got some hints in the anime Yotsuba saying"we all together are one person" etc. and in the Manga we get more and more accurate hints for a Harem ending....just so you know every Girl will get focused as some point and i would not say that one of them is the "main" one,i actually hope for a Harem ending but if its a normal good one i would rank them as followed

Miku (i think Miku is the weakest not only from personality but also from a writing prespective,thats not to say she is a bad Character she is just not as good as the others...)

usually in these harem anime, the main guy doesn't pick a girl at all or he picks the first girl he meets. so itsuki is pretty much a likely choice.

i think some people need to understand that the hair colour of the bride in ep 1 does not indicate who the bride is because one, its too obvious and two, its stated that they all have same hair colour canonically.
