| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- It seems that this is really the last episode, to the sadness of many who wanted to see more, although rushed, it was an appropriate end, focusing on the protagonist and Xiaotu, with their problems of the past, I understand why Haoyi likes to avoid problematic situations. Haoyi's relationship with Xiaotu did not develop as I expected, she seems more like a friend than a member of the harem, maybe it's just the impression I had, but I really liked her personality. I really liked the anime, animation and soundtrack were great, now is to wait and cheer for a new season, I do not know about its popularity in China, but I think it will be difficult, the way is to follow the WebComic .. |

| So Tizu/Xiaotu wasn't really his forbidden love but his little sister and cousin. Even if Haoyi was lonely in his time in need in his childhood, Xiaotu was one of his friend that he can actually count on to be by his side whenever he is alone and having no hope to the point that he will probably ignore people's feelings if his loneliness is peaked without a friend by his side. For me, Xiaotu is cherishing every moment and helping Haoyi in anyway she possibly can but the animation was too short and shallow to fully understand how her real feelings works. This last 2 episodes was probably an attempt to give a real drama but went awry at some point however it isn't really bad but an average-plus one. I was hoping for a more detailed conversation with the four girls (Sandy is always missing in action) but there was just no dialogue for all of them to use to console Xiaotu and only a bit of lines from Zitong after her confession. Zitong's personality or more of the girls' personality are getting shallow for some reason. I didn't really feel their presence that much from the previous and this episode. Disappointed but the ending was good enough but lacks impact. Uh, if you really watched it. It wasn't a recap but a continuation. lol |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| Meh. If there's a next season, I won't be watching it. 4/10 - per MAL's rating description: "Bad" I only liked Sandy for the new harem addition. And the earlier half of the season where it was more geared towards Zitong was cute. Other than that, Xueli ruined things. She was really annoying. And bookworm girl got on my nerves this season too. I liked her in Season 1, but in Season 2 when she kept tryna shut down Zitong's cooking and etc, ticked me off. I'm done with this series. Haoyi isn't actually going to pick a girl. I normally don't mind open endings for harems, but in this case where I only like less than half of the girls, I don't like it. |
