Smartphone Game 'Magatsu Wahrheit' Gets Anime Project

An anime project for the upcoming cellphone game Magatsu Wahrheit has been announced via KLabGames booth at AnimeJapan 2018 on Sunday. The two heroines of the series were also announced, who will be performing the theme song, to join the rest of the game cast members, who weren't announced if they will reprise their roles for the anime. The game's official website launched on Sunday, and more information will be revealed via both the official website and Twitter account.

Introduction
"Disastrous Light," that was the beginning of their despair, and the day when ten "thunders" penetrated the world. A third of the empire was destroyed, along with several million people with just the first light. This is the beginning of the end of the world told by the prophet stone Garnet Tablet.

KLabGames will launch the game this summer. An video novel titled Magatsu Wahrheit: Kimi wo Omou written by Carlo Zen (Youjo Senki) and narrated by Ayako Kawasumi is also available on the official website.

So after Granblue Fantasy's success, all these smartphone game devlopping companies just realized that they can efficiently advertise their shitty games with cheap half-assed 12 eps TV anime and get tons of money out of it?

Wait how is Granblue Fantasy the main instigator of this entire thing? This isn't actually anything new. Then again...

Yeah they are pumping a lot, but then again I don't think they're the main one that pushed this even further if I have to say anything on the matter. I dunno.

Well, yeah obviously smartphone game anime adaptations existed way before GBF, but..idk, this is the first time I see this scamming level of announcements, and I believe GBF is the game anime adaptation that sold the most number of discs in history (?) and it aired just last season, So I just assumed...

These mobile adaptations are going to harm the anime industry, anime is already being damaged by bad LN adaptations, it doesn't need anymore blunders like this.

I haven't watched any video game anime adaptation that I haven't played that I liked yet. But if anything, the music will be good. He also did the music for Shigatsu and MSG: Iron Blooded Orphans!
