| I got OPM vol 13 and Kaguya-sama vol 1 pretty early since a nearby bookstore had them available prior to its release date. The cover for Kaguya-sama is pretty underwhelming. I really like how in the Japanese covers, 告 is put inside a heart, which is put inside the cover character's eye. It would've been awesome if Viz decided to keep the Japanese title, and also have the English title on there too. Also, what was the point of getting rid of the manga panels that were on the cover? On the bright side, there's a couple of color pages at the beginning. And then there's also To Your Eternity vol 3 and Golden Kamuy vol 4 coming out this month. I really hope that Viz picks up the pace with Golden Kamuy. There's around 5 volumes coming out per year in Japan, yet Viz is sticking to 4 volumes per year in the west. And the series is already like 10 volumes behind :/ And I'll also need to start getting the Zaregoto series. But it's release schedule is horrendous. A volume a year, ffs. |
