| Haven't watched Logan Paul, don't plan to watch at all but I think I know enough about it. Filming a dead body is a disrespectful and stupid thing to do, especially if you decide to upload it to an online platform, demonetized or not. I understand why this blew up because of his popularity and such. However, this is not a big problem for our community because while I don't have any proof, I'm sure there are things in the past that is bigger than what Japan is experiencing right now. And there are other people out there, less famous than him, who disrespect the dead more than Logan Paul but they're not getting any attention because they're not celebrities. This is probably the thing that affects me the most, that people are only focusing on one guy rather than seeing the whole problem in a more general way. I know the suicide forest is already a problem that is getting handled but this focus on him is just giving him more attention, although there's a chance it could be a good thing. |
