I have a friend I'm trying to get into anime but his parents are a bit protective. Could some kind souls wiser than I recommend me some anime that are dubbed, have no sexual content, minimal swearing, minimal gore, action, and not childish(for my sake) I could show him. His parents are also very Christian so if possible something that doesn't go against the bible or something. He's 14 but acts like a 10-year-old.I've already shown him fairy tail(up to about episode 50), my hero academia, Ouran high school host club, and parts of a few others. He likes my hero academia and fairy tail but didn't like Ouran.
I don't know whether they have dubbed version but these ones are pretty much safe to watch
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Hunter x Hunter (2011)
One Punch Man
Ansatsu Kyoushitsu
If you don't mind with no action, all of Ghibli movies are also interesting and I think his parent won't forbid him from watching them since they like the Japanese version of Disney
Digimon
Flint the Time Detective
Hamtaro
MegaMan NT Warrior
Monster Rancher
Mythical Detective Loki Ragnarok
Peter Pan & Wendy
Pokemon
Shaman King
Yu-Gi-Oh!
My Shoujo, Josei and Female targeted anime adaptations starting from 2017+ stacks:
Since Japan is not a Christian country, it's often hard to find shows that would not conflict with devout Christian views, particularly evangelical ones. If it's okay that the characters are Catholics (an extremely small minority in Japan), you could try Sakamichi no Apollon. It meets all of your criteria including a dub.
There once was a thread in the (now-discontinued) anime forum at Amazon about shows for Christians. Some commentators observed that even common things like magic circles could be denounced as encouraging a belief in witchcraft so you need to tread carefully. Otherwise "family-friendly" shows like *Seirei no Moribito or Kemono no Sou-ja Erin, where supernatural forces and beliefs play a powerful role, might be off the table even though they were carried on the educational channel of Japan's NHK network.
Here are some shows with no magic or supernatural features, no alien belngs, and limited or no violence:
Uchuu Kyoudai ("Space Brothers") - might be your best bet; streams legally on Crunchyroll
Cross Game
Chihayafuru
*Tokyo Magnitude 8.0
Princess Principal
Hidamari Sketch (maybe not; see below)
*Dennou Coil
3-gatsu no Lion
Ikoku Meiro no Croisee
*Nodame Cantabile (dub is hard to find)
*Planetes
Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryuoko ("Girls' Last Tour" - currently airing)
*Akagami no Shirayuki-hime ("Snow White with the Red Hair")
*Arslan Senki ("The Heroic Legend of Arslan" - some battles)
Chi's Sweet Home (watch the 2D version, not the current 3D one)
*Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun
Hibike! Euphonium
*Hikaru no Go
Moshidora
Re:Creators
*Summer Wars (movie)
I missed the part about dubs before. I've starred the ones where I think dubs are available legally. Most of those stream at funimation.com, HIDIVE, or Hulu, or are on discs.
I just happened across this scene from one of the later sequels to Hidamari Sketch and laughed when I read the subtitle at 0:33. Maybe I should take it off the list?!
Yoshinoya is a fanservice character, but she isn't quite as blatant in the first season as she is here. On the plus side for those who object to saying "Happy Holidays!," Yoshi-sensei does like Christmas.
Perhaps I should be more clear, I want action just not gore. Swearing is fine as long as it's not every other word. While his parents are Christian they are not overly so, so really as long as there is nothing extremely bad it should be fine. I'd be fine showing him fma if it weren't so dark and, at times, gory. I'd also show him death note if it had more action(actually fighting not mind games). Also to the guy who said assassination classroom, I think bitch sensei kindof rules that one out otherwise I'd have shown him that one already. Thank you all for the suggestions so far. ^_^

I think the video is funny. I'll certainly give some of these a look. Thanks for the extensive list.
Katekyo Hitman Reborn! would be a good choice if it's ok that the MC rips his clothes off and runs around in his boxers when he transforms, otherwise it's pretty clean and no gore at all.
