Name of Event: Secret Santa Time Line of Event: Dec 5th-Dec 15 (sign up) , Dec 15 (assign santas), Dec 25- Dec 31st (gifts distributed) Descripton of Event: A co-hosted event with the Shhh ♡ Club. Each club will host a Secret Santa where there members sign up to gift a card to a member of the opposite club, all members are welcome, including officers. Do you need help with the Event:yes If you answered yes to "help", What types of things do you need help with:Santa assigner, one from each club (Dec 15th), Event Thread designer(One for each club), Banner maker for club pages (the banner should have a link to the thread in the opposite club and have both club names on them.) Badge maker (make a badge for participating, one for each club) Santa Assigners will assign Santa's from the opposite club to members that have signed up through their club's Secret Santa thread. (Do this through messaging each person with the MAL url of the person they are assigned, they are to gift the present themselves) Thread Maker will make the thread for the Secret Santa Event. (including graphic and Secret Santa Event sign up format) Banner Maker will make a banner to display on the club page and in comments announcing the opening of the event. Any manga found Here, or Here is allowed. For Webtoons you can either list them in your post, using a spoiler; or create a blog and link it to your form. If you need help finding Webtoons, you can find some posted Here, please add to the list if you know of any others. Since there is not a genre filter for manga lists, please link your MAL Graph profile. To find your current read amount of manga that qualify for this event, go to favorites under manga. There you will see all of the manga you read sorted by genre. The first column "C" is the total count for that genre (add the Yaoi and Shounen Ai together to get your total). I will be double checking to make sure your declared amount is correct. This is an ongoing challenge. If you have already read 100 qualifying manga you may request that badge when you start the challenge. That's right, this event will be showcasing the face mask! They may be a nuisance to wear at times, but who says we can not have fun with it too! Of course there will be cards to give away but also challenges that need to be meet to choose a card number that will be hidden behind fireworks icons. Do you need help with the Event: If any other staff is interested, there can be more icons added for the extra cards. If yes to "help", What types of things do you need help with: 1.Create challenges for the members to complete to earn a firework icon. DONE 2. Make cards to be given out with a number corresponding the the fireworks icon it is hidden under. 3. Publicize the event for the members to be well aware that each day there will be a new challenge. Thread Page Layout  Welcome to the Fireworks Festival held for the members of JAYC! Here you will complete simple tasks in order to be able to claim the firework posted for each day. There will be no signing up before hand. To Play: Show up each day of the festival. Complete the task of the day. Copy and paste the FORMAT info in this thread, and fill out the form to claim that days firework. Hiding under each fire work is a card made by a staff member of JAYC. Cards will be made and delivered once the Fireworks Festival is over, please wait patiently. There will be a total of 7 days of the festival. That means a chance at 7 different fireworks!
