| The action in Gurren Lagann begins at a rising tower of pig moles being smashed with a sword and ends at massive mechs throwing galaxies at each other, so it's pretty world destroying and over-the-top though not quite as fast as One Punch Man or Mob Psycho. |

| Gunbuster and Diebuster. The anime has a slow start, but if you can hold out, you'll get your over the top action. Gunbuster is old, so it might not be as flashy, but it would be recommended to watch so that you can enjoy Diebuster more which is much faster paced. Senki Zesshou Symphogear A personal favorite of mine. Season 1's art and animation quality aren't very good, but the anime gets a budget upgrade in Season 2 and beyond. It's not exactly "World Destroying", but let's just say that this anime does things that you wouldn't normally see in today's anime. If Saitama is One Punch Man, then the MC of Symphogear is One Punch Girl. They even have similar color schemes too. I'll also recommend Macross. It's old, but it's perhaps the only anime where you will see starships getting punched by an aircraft carrier. Actually, the anime that has the over-the-top visual action is Macross Frontier, but watching the original Macross first will make you appreciate Frontier a lot more. |
