| So ... how does this help people? If someones getting bullied online, chances are they know the person and can put a stop to it in real life. Otherwise, if your a canadian kid being bullied by some middle aged man in germany, this helps how? Seems rather pointless to me. Maybe in terms of shutting down child molesters / stalkers it would help .. but those cases are minimal and are often due to poor parenting .. well, it wouldn't be a big deal to me if this was passed, but it would feel strange having everyone know who you actually are. |

It's all a publicity stunt made to help Mr. Tim Couch look tough on internet bullying and thus "compassionate" to the plight of some people who are suffering. Thus garnering more votes. Go go pathetic politicians and thier useless and pathetic legislation that gets nothing done and only messes up our government and laws more for thier own personal political gain. |
