Aww, it ended.

Just wish that Dorothy and Seravy ended up together. :<
Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.~

Well, I guess Seravy and Dorothy not being married at the moment was for the best, as Chacha, Riiya and Shiine can still live at home, and go to school together.

This was among one of the best Anime I've ever seen. I'll be watching the OVA next.

And so it's over... What a fun, and full of puns, ride!

The wedding was such a major teasing though, at first I didn't believe it would happen at all, but then it almost did. Seravy messed it up with his obsession for blonde and curly hair, but it was still such a nice ending!

Yakko-chan shared a nice moment with Orin-chan as two people that aren't loved back, Marine-chan was pretty nice to Dorothy back there too.

As for our trio, even after finding out that their daily lives would change with this wedding, they were still able to congratulate Seravy and Dorothy from the bottom of their hearts! (they were still relieved when it didn't work out though. xD)

And the principal asking the great king, the king and the queen who they were, made me laugh out loud too! It was strange to see some previous villains present out of nowhere, but it was a nice touch. I loved the song at the end and I guess that's it.

Like Riiya said: "Lots of things happened, but nothing changed." (at least nothing big after they defeated the evil lord) and that's just fine! I will keep this one in my heart as the never-ending story Shiine-chan mentioned. I laughed a lot, I was even moved from time and time, it was really good!

OVAs, here I come!

And so it's ended, well minus the OVA's which I'll get to tomorrow. I marathoned the show over 2 1/2 weeks and it's been a fun ride. The show lived up to my hopes based on the first few minutes of episode 1 I saw 7-8 years ago now. Very happy to have finally watched it.

Loved how the wedding (which unsurprisingly didn't go to plan) turned into a massive encore really for a bunch of memorable characters throughout the shows run. I echo everyone else in saying Shiine-chan's words of the series being a never ending story was a nice touch and definitely fitting for a show like this.

While I'm happy to have completed the show I will say after the OVA's there will definitely be a small hole to fill. I'd like to get the Plushie run they did of the main cast back in the 90's. Also I'd like to track down the OST's eventually as well.

Anyway I'm rambling now. Akazukin ChaCha is a good show, lots of solid fun with a great cast of characters and yeah I'm happy I've seen it.

This was such a good show :')))))
The sequence with the flying toy rat at the end had really cool animation!! We got to see all the characters from the series :'))))) (even Pikapon, that was unexpected lol)
I guess it's better for Seravy and Dorothy to not get married yet. Maybe if they spend more time reflecting on their own they can get to a not so rushed conclusion... or maybe not, I don't know if they'll be able to work it out lololol.
Also! The highlight was definitely all the character's formal wear! Specially Mary, that tuxedo looks great on her!
