| Update after a second round of episodes: ACCA: really good so far. Huge potential, but could end up messing up. KonoSuba: bad art and jokes feel repetitive and old. Little Witch Academia: still no plot. If it revolves around the cards or Chariot I'm gonna be disappointed. Onihei: bad writing and uninteresting characters except from the main one. Both episodes had similar modus operandi. Not good. Seiren: main character feels a lot worse than Amagami's (at least from what I remember, this one was one of my first anime). Second episode had me cringing. Shouwa Genroku: potential is good again, even though it doesn't have the same "charm" from previous season. Hopefully they won't mess up. |

| Well, my Top 5 are: Little Witch Academia, Kuzu no Honkai, Fuuka (although I'm seemingly the only one liking it), Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid-Dragon and Gabriel Dropout. | As for my list its Gintama: Why? because its fcking Gintama. KonoSuba: Laughed a lot in the 1st season, but this 1st episode of the 2nd season didnt really make an impression, may drop this depending if it can make me laugh like it used to. Gabriel Dropout: Surprise of the season, didnt expect this to actually be my comedy anime of the season, loved ep1 and 2. Ao No Exorcist: Got confused at first because I didnt read the manga hence got no idea that they changed some stuffs, still a keeper nonetheless. Masamune's Revenge: Its cliche yes but it has great art so fck it, and yeah worst girl will win. Fuuka: Simply waiting for Akiba's Trip: Funny so far, MC's not a total edgy dumbass so its a pass, plus Takahashi Rie! Kuzu No Honkai: Trashiest MC's of the season, pass since I want to see more fcked up trash shit. Seiren: Will only watch 4eps for Ayaneru! plot wise trash. MC's a fcking pussy. Chaos;Child: Had a hell of a start, pass. Demi Chan: Its an ok show. Rewrite 2nd: 1st ep was better than the whole 1st season, pass! |

| Gintama is a direct sequel, but it's just as awesome as it always has been. As for fresh new anime this season, I can only say that I like Kuzu no Honkai, Youjo Senki and Onihei. I've either dropped anything else, or haven't even made it through the first 10 minutes. I just want the Spring season already!! |

| I'm actually kinda in love with this season so far:3 Last season there was nothing for me... But this season there are so many series I started and so far the only one that dissapointed me redeemed itseöf with its second episode, namely youjo senki. Besides that I'm watching: Little witch academia Ao no exorcist Gintama Gabriel dropout Konosuba2 Dragon maid Demi-chan Urara meirochou So far I think demi-chan is my favorite^-^ The ones I like least so far are propably konosuba2(since I still am kinda irritated about how they ended their first season and therefor propably had a healthy amount of scepsis keeping me from fully enjoying the second season although the first episodes were acceptable) and ao no exorcist but in the case of the latter it is more because of the genre which is not exactly what i'm normally looking for (^_^)' Either way there hasn't been an anime I started that I have significant issues with Which really can't compare to last season... I repeat.. none... that itself was in a depressing way kinda incredible... |

(story is mostly about 2 girls that have feelings for the mc) youjo senki is just really interesting masamune is funny and love the romance akiba strip is funny also and defo going to keep watching konosuba is also funny and defo a must watch if you saw the first season overall i am loving the new season so far and ima keep watching all of these. i hate when people call an anime trash. like, if it makes me laugh or gives me the feels ima watch the anime. just enjoy it lol some people take everything so seriously calling it trash or omg this is unoriginal blaah blah. |

| Been keeping up with Ao No Exorcist and Masamune-kun no Revenge. Gotta say this season has been better than last year, both anime have been really good so far so I'm hoping they'll keep things up. Definitely got a lot more I'm interested in this year compared to last. So I'm satisfied. |

| I have very mixed feelings about the animes I've seen this season. Ao no Exorcist season 2 and KonoSuba season 2 I hope become better as the first episodes were very disappointing to me. Chaos;Child (Sequel to Chaos;Head) seems like it would be good to watch this season from seeing the first episode. But, I feel like the sequels are starting off rough this year. As for the non-sequels, Masamune-kun no Revenge and Hand Shakers are great so far. I'm really looking forward to their next episodes and honestly think that these two will be better than the three sequels I'm watching this season. |

| I quite like Winter 2017 lineup so far. It's certainly leagues better than that dull Fall 2016 lineup, which I end up skipping the entire season for the first time. Some of my favorites this season: Gintama - I've been waiting for my favorite troll anime to finally come back to give me a lot of good laugh. Although, this season seems to be more serious than comedy. KonoSuba 2 - Another hilarious troll anime I've been looking forward to see it come back. More Megumin's explosions and Darkness' Masochist Masamine-kun no Revenge - This could be my favorite RomCom this season. I find the plot kind of refreshing. Gabriel Dropout - Funny supernatural anime made by the same staffs with Himouto!! Umaru-chan. Kuzu no Honkai - Interesting romantic drama anime |

| Pretty barren season tbqh famalan ACCA Potential is there but has yet to be tapped into as of now. I have faith in the staff and the original author. Shit Shakers Absolutely disgusting on every possible front. Dropped it like it's hot. Little Witch Academia Harry Potter with girls and filled with nekketsu shounen tropes the likes of which only Trigger can pull off. Loving it and favorite of the season so far. Rakugo Shinjuu Off to a great start, and I'm loving what the show is doing with Yotaro's character. OP of the season. Seiren I can't for the life of me comprehend what people see in it aside from being a poor man's Amagami SS. It's boring as all hell, the fanservice is super tame and the occasionally raunchy humour comes off as more awkward and cringy than funny. MC a shit. Haven't caught up to Konosuba yet but I'm enjoying the first season a lot so far, so I'll be sure to check out S2. |

Not sure about Akibas Trip and Seiren.. hope they get a little more entertaining in the upcoming eps Hand Shakers is meh.. didnt see the 2nd ep yet, hoping it will impress me |

| A typical winter season with some decend SoL The good anime: Urara - didn't think any anime could rival GochiUsa in terms of Moe. But it seems this one might. AOTS! KonoSuba - funny as always Kobayashi no Maid Dragon - As someone that hates KyoAni; I have to say that this was really good Ajin-chan - also pretty moe The shit anime: Handshakers - Such a waste Little Witch - Boring...haven't seen the movie though so might do that first and then decide whether I drop this piece of shit. Fuuka - Terrible. Hate the females, the male is also one of the worst losers I have seen. To bad I might need it for my anime watching challenge else I would have dropped it after 10 secs or so. Kuzu no Honkai - This is going to be incest, maybe I should drop it... Spirit Pact - This is going to be gay, so dropped it. The rest is still undecided or just boring. |

| Demi-chan, Gabriel and Youjo Senki are easily the best of the lot that I'm watching. Gabriel was quite the surprise. I wasn't expecting it to be anything more than a moe comedy. So far, it's been my favorite though Demi-chan is very close behind. Handshakers is easily the worst of the entire lot. Beyond mediocre animation. I'm serious enough in saying that it's got easily the worst animation of any anime I've ever seen (Star Jewel Gaiden doesn't count, since it isn't animated to begin with). Two drops so far, that being Masamune-kun and Schoolgirls Strikers. Masamune-kun isn't bad per se, but the characters just rubbed me the wrong way. Schoolgirls, I tried even the fast-forward trick and still found myself getting bored as fuck. Handshakers and Spiritpact could join the drop list as well. Biggest disappointment is Ao no Exorcist. I've not read the manga, so the sudden change in character personality kinda bugged me. Well, it's supposed to get better, so we'll see. Yet to start Seiren, Onihei, LWA or Gintama. I want to watch Amagami before starting Seiren and I've yet to finish Gintama's previous season. Onihei wasn't being uploaded to my download site and I forgot to rip it off of KissAnime today. LWA..... well, in due time, I guess. All in all, it's a better Winter than most, but it's still pretty damn average. Well, at least I'm watching most of the stuff I planned to watch, though I do have some catching up to do still. |
