It's obviously their baby. Miyaichi got pregnant when she had sex with Kurosu and gave birth when she was in coma. Both died without knowing, only Enmeiji did who will also probably be the one to raise the child, judging by the baby stroller.

don't think any of this shit is real. the MC is locked up in prison, spending the rest of his life there, everything going on in his head. There is a lot of shit that supports my belief
