| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- In which Lupin battles over a bell, and Fujiko gets married...again! XD Geez Fujiko, second marriage in the last six episodes huh? XD This time it seemed like she really loved the dude, though he and his father both came across as chauvinistic douches to me...but whatever. XD The whole romance felt rushed, but minor inconsistencies like that or Zenigata giving up any pretense of looking competent after obeying Lupin's order to get the king instead of, ya know, arresting him can be overlooked. XD That ending must have been Lupin at his absolute most dickish towards Fujiko so far though. XD I mighta felt bad for her...had she not double-crossed him in numerous episodes already. XD |

| Well, Lupin certainly found that gold bell, and though he did give it to Fujiko as he promised, he never said he wasn't going to steal it back right after giving it to her. xD It feels kind of bad to see her getting the short end of the stick just on her birthday, but I guess that soon-to-no-longer-be-prince is hardly what I would call the short end of the stick. lol |

| Quite a fun episode, though the pacing was lightning fast given how much they crammed into it. Zenigata getting relegated to an errand boy was funny, and these rare occasions where Lupin one-ups Fujiko are nice. I also liked the sequences where Jigen and Goemon replaced the fake bell with the real one and then later stole it back. |
