Crazy episode! This what Darker than Black is all about! I am so excited after seeing this that I want to see it 2 more times at least! Looks like Yin powers that were in the second season are starting to show with the last contractor girl and not only that Yin kills her with her own powers of controlling others like puppets and also her payment I would think is eating flower petals?=> Being killed and she looks just like Amber but Yin from what I understood said she is not even if Hei was shocked from it. In this one OVA there were like 6 contractors! That dog with that guy is also strange. Yin x Hei moments are the best in this one OVA! Not only that the way Hei hugs her, talks to her would make girls scream but guys like me are just Awwwww at it. The guy who can fire nails is pretty crazy in the beginning the other 2 were crap...one who can only turn invisible and the other one could use some kind noise to disturb? The other 2 pawn a lot more. If Yin already showed that she could kill the Amber look a like then this is where Izanami thing starts. This guy is incredible....black holes that take anything away that is in their path+ he looks like the Hulk=> Jouten said: You are shocked? | wow, the opening fight was so rad :D. I agree that this should have been the second season instead. this is way more interesting than Suou. It also feels more like the first season. Cool contracters, amazing fights and as it seems a good storyline. this a good compensation for that very bad second season :D |

| I'm a girl, so I do fangirl about Yin and Hei. That was some awesome moments right there. "Don't leave me alone!" And you could see Yin's jealousy when she couldn't hold Hei's hand. But I think I like this OVA much, much better than the first couple of episodes of the 2nd season. At least the OVA is starting to explain Yin's powers. Thank goodness that's not Amber. |

I hoped for something much better. And it seems like the art is a bit worse then previously O.o Was that really Amber O.o Just like that? I can't believe o.o |

| BSS sub is out, but in a small 165mb LQ raw, sadly. I actually thought it was a good way to start. Bones is pretty darn elitist when it comes to their characters, and this shows right through the episode. Everyone's acting as they should, and in-character with the situation. The small changes in personality are noticeable too. I just wish I could say the same for easy to interpret endings... CURSE YOU BONES! Anyone else find Yin's jealousy (apart from the very near murder) to be ... well... cute? I thought the same of Suou's rather amusing kick in Gemini, too. |
