I have been wanting to start a thread like this ever since I created the club and now is the time I think.

I got into animation way before I even knew what anime was from watching animation shorts from a more enlightened TV station in the UK (Channel 4) who would show animated shorts from all over the world in the twilight hours. Unfortunatly now they have put an end to that.

So I thought most of you folks out there would also like to see and contribute to non anime shorts.

You all know the rule 15 minutes or less but it must be non Japanese or Korean.

Also a spoiler would be appreciated - but admin staff or myself can edit if you do not know how.

I have fixed the embedding for you.

In th future you only need to include what comes after "v=" (no inverted commas), and not the entire video link.

EDIT: Isn't this Japanese? It's apparently from the NHK, and the names in the credits at the beginning also seem to be Japanese. I will go and add it to the Any Takers thread at my stop-motion animation club.

sorry i always forget that to post video its just to include the final part...

and yes i guess it's japanese. As i remeber it correctly it's from a program called digital stadium, where viewers send there own productions (http://www.nhk.or.jp/nhkworld/english/tv/genre/art.html). they have lots of videos from it on youtube and they're actually pretty good.

so here's other one from digital stadium (and this time well embed :) )

Hum...let's have a little more fun, shall we?. Too bad Acontece was not English subbed. I did look before posting it but I am sure some got the gist of the story, regardless.

Now, passion and love and dancing go well together, in my humble opinion...and if your lover speaks the language of love? All the better...

Ah, I did see, and I meant "more love" as "contributing to the love" or "even more love", but now when I look at it, it seems I failed to word my sentence in accordance to what I wanted to say. Oh, well.. xD
