| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Against a common enemy, two foes team up. I like this. It was a really fun episode. I hope the next episodes focus a bit on the villains as well. I know it wasn't that common, but at least knowing a bit more about the villains wouldn't hurt. |

| The last couple of episodes have been really good. First a lot of exposition focused on the main characters, and now the team having to join forces with the Dokuga officers. Bundle is clearly the star of that little ensemble. In terms of screen time and exposition he is by far the villain we've become the most familiar with. Remy is kicking butt as usual, of COURSE Bundle is a fan. As much as I love Mazinger, it's so nice to see a female super robot pilot who isn't a joke in combat. All in all another episode that really shows how this series shuns the formulaic nature of Super Robot anime. I liked it a lot. |
