Well this was different, somewhat enjoyable but a bit vague in general.

I would like to see what happens afterwards. But pity this is the only episode.

A fun little meta, otaku diversion. Liked the Stratos 4 references. Should probably re-watch Yukikaze.

I just got it from Goodwill and finished watching it. I liked it. No masterpiece, the characters are only alright/stereotypical, no real development, the art/animation are only average, but I did like the concept of the whole anime fan going into an anime world, the idea of what could happen if certain anime end up forgotten (the only thing that could save them could be reboots or something, I'd like to see one of Princess Rouge: Legend of the Last Labyrinth, a pretty obscure anime that needed to be finished and is probably not something Discotek or Crunchyroll would release/stream, along with Voogie's Angel, the radio drama needed a better anime, though there are ones that deserve to stay forgotten, like Virgin Fleet and Sailor Moon Crystal's first two seasons), it made me think about something like that, and the English dub was good too, especially with talented actors like Johnny Yong Bosch, Stephanie Sheh and Michelle Ruff (basically, Usagi, Artemis and Luna, Ichigo and Rukia were in here) in the mix. I got this for $3, but it wouldn't have been worth probably $20-30 if that much if it was sold like that back in the day.

A better example of this, though it was slightly the opposite, is the manga UnMagical Girl, which from what I read so far, is what you get if you take Sailor Moon, Precure, Oh My Goddess, Who Framed Roger Rabbit and put them all togetherl. Better, more fleshed out characters, funnier comedy, and its references to the anime and manga world in general are priceless (though one of them points to porn doujinshis, whilst funny, don't look, kids!). I'm reading it so far and I wanna see an anime of that.
