| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Small note Viz, "perfect" & "prefect" do not mean the same thing. Anyway, pretty enjoyable chapter. Seeing Gon & Killua outsmarting (or just being plain awesome) those three players was awesome & really fun to watch play out. Doesn't appear to have worked out for them at the end there but regardless, it was a good chapter showing even more of the possibilities that exist within the system Togashi crafted here. Madhouse adaption changes |
| Love the way they try to keep their card, it's really smart and showcases the whole game mechanic excellent. It's good to have this chapter just after the one were we got all of the information on the spell cards, cause now we get to see them in action. |

| i don't like the way how the ova adapted the material... that is to say there's more stuff going on beyond killua and gon's path! i feel like they skip all the dialogue between these new characters in the game and, also from the phantom trope members and just focused on the mains and... biscuit. (she annoying tho) ps: i'm glad i'm reading it now after watching that rushed up... blasphemy. |
