Favorite first episode?
| So now that almost all the episodes of the fall season have aired I'm curious as to which gave you guys the best first impression. Discuss it, don't just list it. I'm stuck between Parasyte and Fate Stay but I'll give it to Parasyte because we all knew Fate Stay Night was going to be great. And yes the prologue is the first episode of the series, despite mal's awful logic. Parasyte had everything I could ask for and no censors. But really all the animes I have watched this season have impressed except maybe World Trigger and that garbage called Terra Formars which I already dropped. Magic Kaito was fun, Gugure was hilarious, Shingeki no Bahamut was very epic and Akatsuki was good too. Nanatsu no Taizai was everything I could ask for for this adaptation. I'd rank them Parasyte>Fate Stay Night>Nanatsu no Taizai> Shingeki no Bahamut> Log Horizon 2> Magic Kaito>Gugure>Aktsuki>World Trigger>Shit>Terra Formars [color=blue]Moderator Edit: Please say why you think it is the best otherwise I will have to close it for listing[/color] |

| Mappa going to run out of $ after bahamut airs. UBW & Bahamut are top 2 by far imo. Some other series are maybe better than average, but those two are throwing in $ for quality animation and are the most intriguing by far. |

| IMO Shingeki no Bahamut had the best first episode... i may be thinking that because i wasn't expecting it to be at that level, but hey with that episode they have my attention. Let's hope they keep it up and that the story will be good too. |

| Fate Stay Night's and Kiseijuu's first episode were amazing, but I gave my vote to the former because it managed to be as great for twice the length. I also watched Shingeki no Bahamut and Psycho Pass 2 and enjoyed them both a lot and I found Grisaia and Nanatsu no Taizai a bit average. If Mushishi's first episode is as good as some of its best episodes, then I'll have a new winner, though. Seems like a great season, this fall 2014. |

| Deconstruction ≠ Darker & Edgier Trope ≠ Cliché (Face it, nothing is completely original. Can't make something from nothing so to say.). Fanservice ≠ Ecchi (Though ecchi can please the fans!) Popular ≠ Sucks... maybe Seinen = K-ON! Shounen, Shoujo, Seinen and Josei are demographics. Anime/Manga = Japanese Cartoons! Deal with it. Support Movember. Raise awareness of men's health issues. Put a mustache on your avatars or something... |

Hopefully the villain can save it like he did the last season (and this time please don't make him quote things 24/7). |

| I actually liked Sora no Method's first episode. No ones talking about it like Fate/Stay (which was also amazing) or Parasite but I liked it. Although i could be completely off and the anime might end up being terrible. xD Also internet high five to the 1 person who also voted for it! |

| F/SN. Simply put I liked the gradual build up to the fight scene towards the end and it adapted the prologue extremely well. As a fan I don't think I could be happier than I was with how it was handled. |

| I'd have to say Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso. Loved everything about the first episode. And Kiseijuu would probably be my second pick. Both of them i'm really excited to see more of! |
