| I've read 6 straight drama/romance mangas(Most are half adapted into anime) and they ALL have that same god damn pattern. I mean seriously!? Through the course of the manga the characters were friends for 1-2 years, dated for a few months and broke up. Then YEARS later usually 4(implying college or moving up in X job) they meet again and tell each other they have always loved each other. I mean seriously WHAT THE ACTUAL F%&* What is so romantic about breaking characters up who have real feelings for each other? Boohoo you're gonna move a few hours away, its Japan you have trains that go literally everywhere! You need to focus on your studies/career? Do they really expect us to belive characters had 0 social lives for 4 years and noo contact with the opposite sex to help them "get over" the ex?? I DONT GET IT! Why!? Why do mangakas do this!? |

| In my defense, I had to read 6 drama/romance mangas in a row because I need to get rid of some bookmarks xD Anyways it's still ridiculous!! D: I'm starting to think mangakas and authors never had a relationship untill their late 20s (when they got published) because its seriously not that hard to get on a train twice a month or go on dates every weekend while working/studying. And another thing! I know some mangas take time to get an anime adaptation but why are all the characters still using flip phones?? Anime characters can't facetime/skype so moving a few hours away is a much bigger deal than it should be... |

| OP, why don't you name those six manga, I feel like reading something in that tone.. To not be completelly offtopic, even 19th century folk were tormented by the same feels. Jane Austen's Persuasion was like that, lovers meet after 10 years and most of the book describes how perfect they are and how everybody else is a useless twat so they must end up together. |
