| i didn't drop Tokyo Esp but i haven't really watched any of the new episodes from episode 2. Im juggling a lot of other anime that appealed to me more but does it improve at all? I had high hopes for this one and its been letting me down. inb4ifudontlikeitdropit i just wanna read comments that will motivate me to either drop it or watch it |
| If you're really interested in Tokyo Esp, drop the anime and read the manga instead. The first episode was a disaterous mix of filler and later chapters, and the following episodes that cover the manga don't do it any justice either. |

If the anime does cover the second arc with its main character, I bet things will get worse... |
| If you want to get a better understanding to the characters, then definitely begin on the manga before the anime completely ruins your view on the series By rushing through the material, the anime isn't doing itself any justice for the characters. The manga paces itself very well in comparison, gradually building up each of the situation. Also you are given a much better depth of backstory on Rinka, Azuma, Black Fist & Rinka's dad character, which was what drawn me into like series Going by the pacing of the anime, I feel it will NOT get better. Best to make the effort to start the manga if you want to enjoy Tokyo ESP |

| As an anime only watcher, having just watched the latest episode (7), I would say its okay so far. Nothing particualrly great, but not really bad either. Its floating around a 6 or 7 for me now. |

| People dont like the anime because there isnt enough fighting. Episode 1 had cool fighting and the other episodes have stupid story, character development, and plot. How dare they! |
