| Amusingly, my favourites from the time of DEEN introducing me to FSN haven't changed much. It was Saber and Archer. Now it's Archer and Saber. (Of course they're way more solid characters for me now, compared to before) Although the biggest change is that Shirou has climbed from the bottom of the pits (Deen) to the Heavens (VN). He's probably 3rd overall for me (and still going). Kirei is obviously Rejoice-Tier so it would just be unfair to the others to have him in this . |

Yeah i read the VN first too, i had already heard about how it was cut down and about the CG-Dragon (it still looked worse than i could have imagined though). Cause no matter what people might say, Urobuchi really did a phenomenal job on the writing of Kotomine Kirei. I of course have to give the credit to Nasu for laying out the foundations for our favorite Yuetsu-tier priest, but I can safely say it's really /0 that sealed the deal for me. |

| Since I watched the anime adaptations first, I liked Kirei in F/0. I mean, I liked Kirei in DEEN's anime at the beginning. But then he never showed up again (just like Lancer). And . Then I watched nonexistent UBW movie and found him even more lame, but Lancer was pretty cool. Then Fate/Zero fixed him for me (like a secondary). |

After HF he became one of my top Fate characters. I was surprised the villain who I thought was so boring would intrigue me so much. |
