| Not bad. Finally an episode where Miyuki does something by herself. Even if the prelim match was basically super hacking, but the thing is, the finals showcased that even if the Taurus tech was leaked to the other schools, none of them were able to control it as well as Miyuki on the sole basis that she had way more magic in her reserves than anyone else. For that, I think she was a worthy winner. That said, I think we finally managed to find some flaws with the ever perfect Tatsuya. he basically used Kobayakawa as bait to lure out the culprits, and yet did not take any precautions to protect her. The reaction for Miyuki's CAD being tampered was overkill in comparison to his reaction to Kobayakawa's accident. He's just a selfish, cold-blooded Miyuki-obsessed elder brother who can't give two fucks about the people around him. Personally, he was just as much at fault for Kobayakawa's loss of her magic abilities as those gangsters from Hong Kong. Well... too bad the show is basically all about him. The gangsters deserve the smack-down that Tatsuya will bring to them in the next episode though. Even I cannot wait to see how busted up the headless dragons will become after this. |

| Okay episode I guess... There are some interesting things happening in the background, with that group of guys trying to sabotage the tournament. Otherwise though it mostly more of the same. I have a generally feeling about this anime: It just takes too long to "get to the point" and it can seem very dragged out and pointless at times. These last 2 episodes have been better than most that preceded them I can say though. |

Its advertising its light novel as well as leaving more content from a potential second season down the road. |

| For someone so smart Tatsuya is really shit at hiding his true identity, how has only one person realized it so far? Like every week, the Tatsuya x Miyuki scenes make me feel uncomfortable. Was skipping through scenes as always. 1/5. |

| I think anime has conditioned us to expect a certain unwarranted level of savvy in anime universes. We have fully accepted the premise of teen super-prodigies in anime who have some kind of world-wide recognition. Why aren't people putting it together that Tatsuya is Taurus Silver? Because Tatsuya is a high school student. The most logical assumption is that Tatsuya (or more likely, a parental guardian/figure) has some *connection* to Taurus Silver; i.e. he is related to him, or he works/worked in his lab, etc. It's only because the Taurus Silver fanatic has had first hand exposure to what Tatsuya can do that she figured it out. But we have to keep in mind that, to put it in perspective, this sounds like finding out that the guy who sits across from you in science class is Elon Musk. Or the guy who you hired to paint your fence is Banksy. Or the guy playing the cello in the subway is Yo-Yo Ma. Etc. Etc. It's hard to believe even with proof and most people won't put it together without explicit and overwhelming evidence. |

The way I look at it is they think Tatsuya is somewhat of an assistant to Taurus Silver. At least people from his school. I would certainly think of him that way. He has those dual guns CAD, that tech girl recognized them as Taurus Silvers invention, so it would not be logical to assume high-schooler is TS, but rather, someone real close to TS. Add to that his insane ability with tech and one gets an assistant of someone real famous. I am perfectly fine with them not knowing he's TS. |

Plus his sister used Flying Magic. Maybe not everyone, but for guys like Kichijouji Shinkurou or Ten Master Clans members it should be obvious that he is Taurus Silver. |

If anything, Tatsuya's physical performance during Monolith Code should make him a little less suspicious--since one would be forced to conclude that Taurus Silver isn't just a genius researcher but some sort of superhuman warrior-inventor. |

| Although not as awesome as the last episode (how could it be?) another great episode! I seriously thought that poor guy was gonna get his head ripped off and it took me awhile to realise the Generator was the one sent flying! Those army guys sure seem cool though. I wonder what's left for us to see in the last episodes of this ark? Can't wait to find out! |

Flying Magic was announced a month earlier, but clearly the program wasn't made public. Tatsuya's sister uses the magic, so clearly she (and by extension, Tatsuya) has access to the program. When the committee leaked the program, everyone was flying. Why? Because just having the magic was enough to be able to use it. Lastly, it does matter that TS is actually two people. Two people posing as a single figure can accomplish much more than any one person should be able to. You can accept that one person is a technical genius, another is a master sharpshooter, a third is a master ninja, etc, but how willing are you to accept that someone is a genius ninja sharpshooter? And not even merely a genius, but a legend--a reputation that typically takes a lifetime of skills to accumulate. Oh, and he's a teenager. Has this gotten ridiculous enough yet to illustrate why no rational onlooker would seriously entertain the notion that he is in fact Taurus Silver? Sure, Intelligence Agencies might piece it together based on what was seen (in addition to whatever intelligence they already had) but your typical onlooker, dumb or smart, is not going to assume that they are actually watching a mysterious legendary engineer participating in a high school competition.
