| I graduated yesterday and honestly the worst parts are... Freshman year because a lot of your junior high friends will either start or stop being angsty and/or angry at everything. You will change friends and meet new people, but you will probably always go back to your older friends just to get pissed off at them again for something stupid and leave them again. It will be a cycle. end of senior year because everyone is moving away and you have to make new friends. Luckily most colleges have programs for oncoming freshmen to make friends. Edit: Pro-Tips, If you think you're smarter than everyone else keep it to yourself. If you think everyone is stupid and or has no morals remember that everyone grows up in a different environment. Just don't be a judgmental prick, no one likes that really. |

| The high school i went to was in a farming/logging town in the middle of the forest. By the end of high school everyone just wanted to get the fuck out. And once scholarships and advanced placement tests for college start hitting you, most seniors are so overwhelmed they can't enjoy it. I mean if you're a popular senior and all the freshman hop on your nuts high school isn't bad. |

| High School's a joke. Even when I slacked during High school, I still managed good grades, but that wasn't good enough for University so I had to upgrade. High school is pretty relax - it depends on the courses you're taking. If you're trying to go into a math related course to say become an engineer and or doctor, etc - It's gonna be a rough path. I found Senior year the easiest with 11th grade being the hardest. (All the courses I needed to go into my path were there and I didn't take all the requirements I should've. |

| school isn't bad but people want to create drama where there isn't any because they live boring lives. Being able to complain about school or people at school gives them some sort of excitement when really it's all inconsequential. The one thing I can say about high school is that it's competitive, a lot of people try to one up each other and be funnier than the next person or be more popular than the next. Do what you enjoy and hang out with people you like, ignore those you don't. |

| As long as you don't spend most of your time in high school getting high, you should be fine. I've noticed people's attitude in high school sort of sets a tone of how they tend to act after high school. Have fun, but do take studying seriously. |
| People should stop thinking it is bad or good. It is simply a phase. You study, to get ready for college. That's all. If you had difficulties with junior school, you will have to study A LOT if you want to do good in high school though |

| After years of hell in elementary and Middle school, High School was heaven for me. Didn't have to put up with anymore harassment from bullies cause they got a taste of their own medicine freshmen year from the seniors. Also met some of the greatest people that are now my best friends. |

I will say that it's rather pitiful that some people will cling to their high school years and frame the rest of their lives around their experiences. I've seen it all too often, from the jocks whose glory days are long dead to the bullied, repressed sad sacks who can't let go of past grievances. |

| Bottom line: results may vary. High school differs from person-to-person depending on how that time is spent. You spend it with the cool kids, you do a lot of cool kid shit. You spend it with the band geeks, you do a lot of band geek shit. Depending on how you spend that time will depend on how satisfied you will be with your experience. In some cases, you'll love it. And in some, you'll end up regretting it. It's all just part of the experience. |
