| I'm going to say Baccano! Though it is difficult to reccomend something when you've seen so many on my list, it also helps by giving me more data about your preferences. Along with other responses I've seen you post I think this might be something to your tastes. Though it differs a little from your favourite anime in terms of violence it also has similar character designs to 12 kingdoms, a down to earth animation feel, and a similar atmosphere as well, though less political... and as mentioned, more violent. Nonetheless a good overall anime. And worth watching even if I may have made some erroneous conclusions. |

| ^ this is really hard.. :( first of all, move DtB from "plan to watch" to watching ^_~ but er, for something new.. to recommend.. Oh! Go for Monster. You seem to like a lot of action-y shows, and a lot of slice of life shows.. and Monster is somewhat slower-paced allowing you to get to know the characters (like most slice of life shows), but it is somewhat more action-y and suspenseful. I would actually recommend monster to everyone! :D |

| I suggest Code Geass ^_^ Great storyline combined with a excellent animation, I think no one should miss it. Plus, it's one of the only mechas I've ever liked. |
