| A.D. Vision will split its assets into four newly created companies. Each company will take over a certain area of A.D. Vision. Film library assets and other intellectual properties were sold to AEsir Holdings, account servicing and distribution operations were sold to SXION 23 (also called Section 23), Anime Network to Valkyrie Media Partners; and Amusement Park Media (ADV’s production unit) to Seraphim Studios. | Indeed, seems to have be discussed some already. I'll add that link to the news. What wasn't stated was about the companies having what looks like the same owner. So in the world of buisness, there will probably be a reason for that. |
