A cold, or hot shower usually helps. Personally I find quiet meditation very helpful, after listening to some sad/tearjerking music. Crying helps to get all of the emotions out of your heart, and then you can re-build from there.

I'm sure if your customers were giving you a lot of trouble, it's most likely not your fault for their brooding attitudes. I would just laugh it off. I totally understand, though, dealing with people at work/school/etc. It can be such a pain at times. ;-;

If it's another person making me angry, I just try to tell myself "They're stupid, they're worthless" etc. I generally just get rid of my anger with thinking it over and doing something to take my mind off of it. I also try talking to someone else about it.

Watch "Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei" or listen to music.
Sometimes even drawing works, it calms me down...

I usually tell myself that the other person is stupid or doesn't know anything. Sometimes I kick into the air or something in my way a bag or so, but just lightly and not that it flys away or something or I talk to others how stupid he/she is and most of the time they agree with me, because of that I'm not often really angry about a person.

Then I watch TV or eat a little bit or I look at MAL or at other sites.

I direct all my anger into video games. Great motivation for achieving new high scores, or whatever. Also, I tell myself 'karma will get them'.

I don't like myself when I'm angry. It can control me. It always depends on the situation, but generally, I'll tell someone if they annoy me.

I usually breathe in and out, in and out
and then I picture in my mind the person who I was mad at being in pain so I start to feel really bad and guilty and therefore my anger goes away...

which is not something very brilliant but it works for me C:

I clean. The kitchen, the carpet, the shelves, the bathroom - whatever, I'll clean it all. A clean place also does wonders for my mood, so that helps too.

When I'm angry it's very important to not watch anime or manga. Even if it's romance or smth relaxing I'm still pissed and NO anime or manga makes me calm down.

* Also - me needs to check up all 14 pages for some advices :p*

When I'm angry I listen to music - any type of rock at max volume with hearphones on =) or I listen to the Cowboy Bebop OSTs - they really put me on relax mode :d I go to a walk for hours or smth.

Dependiong on the cause of the anger, I either have a movie marathon and devour a ton of ice-cream and brownies, or go runnning.

Running is the best solution, seriously, it just makes me feel SO much better :D Endorphins rock!

When I get REALLY mad, the only way for me to wind down is to punch inanimate objects. Or people.

When I'm not so mad, I imagine Conan O'Brien's voice in my head sayin "Keep cool mah babies" and I can't be mad because it's too funny.

Usually it's hard to chill out after being really really mad. But drawing and expressing my anger through that is calming. If that doesn't work I'll sleep until the anger burns out.

I don't get mad very often.. but when I do I try to do other things to keep my mind off of it (games, anime, music, design stuff, image/font/graphics hunt, whatever). Eating sweets helps, too. <3 chocolate & milk.

I never get as incensed over predicaments and things that don't go well for me as I used to when I was a young kid. I usually don't get angry now, but I too often let people trample on top of me. I find that eating chocolate and drinking water make me feel much better. Listening to some music on my laptop softly helps, but sometimes the best cure is a long nap.

I listen to music. It's the only method I use. Playing videogames while I'm angry will only result in dying/losses which will only make things worse. I don't watch t.v. because it's saturated with garbage programming that I hate. And my city doesn't have much to offer other than steep inclines, so going outside for a walk is too...demanding. So, music it is.

If it's in front of other people, I don't cool down, I don't relish in it, I don't even show I'm angry. I couldn't even if I wanted to. Anything other than joy or boredom is suppressed. It's been like this since the 7th grade when I realized that in order for me to get along with people, I'm going to have to sacrifice some things. Course it ended up negatively, meaning that I shut off everything important just to get people to like me.

But an exception would be when I watch movies and anime or read books and manga. It's funny how I can't get angry or cry when it comes to irl situations.

I'm a bandwagon whore

I can't think of the last time I've been angry with anything, curiously enough. I find guilt and shame much more pervasive, even about trivial things.

Really depends on what gets me angry. If I feel cheated out of something I will let people know my feelings but try and be diplomatic about it though sometimes that can be difficult.

If I am not actually in contact with the person i.e. it is through the phone/internet walking away is a much more tempting option. If I have a bad day and everything seems to go wrong, I go for a walk. Good stress reliever that.

I have 2 methods to cool down:

1. I go to sleep, and just forget about it.
or
2. I go on a tantrum and start breaking things.

Or, in some case, go on a tantrum, then I get tired, and sleep.
Usually once I wake up, my anger and frustration is all gone.
