| I might make some enemies here considering what I'm going to comment >.> WARNING : Do not read the following if you love mainstream or super-popular shounen anime ! And the Most Annoying Series award goes to our one and only Fairy's Tail FAIRY TAIL. Considering the popularity and millions of fans going "KYAH! KYAH!" over it, why do I find it annoying ? The answer is simple, FT follows the same old boring plot for each and every fight. First Natsu gets beaten to a pulp, then comes in their great friendship from which Natsu will suck out all the energy gain the will to stand back on his feet and defeat the enemy no matter how strong they are. How about you use that so called power of friendship before the enemy defeats you ? Oh! reminds me, how about we put up Natsu against the almighty destroyer of planets Goku, surely, with Natsu's power of friendship he'll be able to defeat him. If its FT I have an endless list of reasons for not liking it, I could just go on forever ! And the second place goes to BEELZEBUB ! One of the best anime with a guy acting all flirty around another and always trying to get intimate with him despite already having a daughter ! Guess what's even better ? He actually started living with him telling his (Furuichi's) parents that he has already done "this" and "that" with him. Ok, enough about the side characters. This anime actually had a combination of genres I just love to watch, but unfortunately it turned out to be the worst combination. Everything just happens at the wrong time. Comedy in the heat of a serious battle. If I was the enemy, I would have easily defeated them. OMG! Oga is training ! And after succeeding in breaking that huge rock with his bare hand, he's all geared up to fight the bad guys and now its finally time to show his ultimate move ! Tada! Put some milk into a baby's bottle check if its the right temperature and drink it up yourself ! Yay for Super milk time. These supposedly "Comedy scenes" always come in at the wrong time ! And the rest of it ? Of course not forgetting all those scenes where you were supposed to laugh but ended up with a "face-palm" WTF did I just watch? was that even supposed to be funny ? moments O.O Third place goes to the HunterxHunter (2011) : I wonder why did I even bother to watch it ! I don't really have to much to complain about this one other than my main reason for not liking it :- GON. He's the type who is good at everything he does and yet he acts so innocent as to say "So what, it just so easy, even a moron can easily do it". His personality, over-optimism, natural abilities to pick up any moves just annoys the hell out of me. I guess not a very good reason to complain about but I just can't get myself to like him. 4) Naruto Shippuden : Ok, I seriously used to think Naruto had a huge gigantic crush on Sakura and his dream was to become the Hokage. But what is this ? His new crush seems to be.... Sasuke ! and what about his dream ? obviously Sasuke ! Remember the opening song "YOU ARE MY FRIEND; Aah, you still remember the dream we had that day, don't you? YOU ARE MY DREAM" ["distance" by LONG SHOT PARTY, op2 ] or the ending theme : "I have already called out to the rescue squad; So, please kiss me, please kiss me all night… all night… all night…" [Mezamero Yasei ed 3] Both lines sung with Naruto and Sasuke facing each other. I always used to think this SasuNaru or whatever its called was all fan-made stuff till I finally started watching it myself. Looks like this Naruto is totally head over heals in love with Sasuke, he even thinks about him all the time even while training ! I really feel bad for Hinata and Sakura now u.u 5) High school of the dead : One day all of a sudden zombies appear and try to kill everyone, with many ecchi scenes and a plot that has no aim, this anime seems to be heading no where other than the obvious booby scenes. 6) K-on! : "Rice is a Dish" ? wow I had no idea ! I always thought rice is some device for watching anime ! I really don't get what makes this anime so popular. 2 seasons with the same things repeated. First forming the club/looking for members, going on a trip somewhere and the school festival, its almost the same things repeated thrice already. 7) Baka and Test : Fighting with marks ? And what happened to the beasts from the title, didn't expect those tiny things to be beasts (O.O) One of the worst and most random anime I've watched so far. That's all for now. | @Rinetto Pretty agree with Fairy Tail. I only watched couple episodes but I dare to say that the plot is going to be like the one on manga. The manga itself has lost its quality, I used to like it but now it's just like what you've said - the typical cliche shounen power-up style. Now when FT is out I only skim those pages, oh so they go battle new enemies and yeah FT won, finish. Beelzebub.. Yeah, the anime sucks. The manga, however, is great, although it starts to reach the point where "I don't know what to do, how about we go give them new enemies". I do agree that the super milk time power up is wtfisthis, but I like the part when the comedy pops up in the middle of serious battle, it becomes a trademark of Beelzebub. And the one I seriously disagree is BakaTest. I think it's really funny! Even my brother who always dislike anime can laughing out loudly (really LOLing) when we watched it together and even asked for another season! Yeah the beasts is quite tiny, but as you can see from the character design that it isn't going to be an anime with huge beast battling each other. When we thought they already had the worst school equipment, ta-da they're given something even worse that the worst one we thought, and it give us laugh. And don't forget the Hideyoshi part: Hideyoshi even got his?/her? own bathroom hahaha (female - male - Hideyoshi) |
| There's two animes as a whole that has managed to irritate me, the first one being BTOOOM because imo their characters was so badly written i almost mistook some of them for potatoes. and the second one being shippuden because it consist of 40- 55% fillers(which is (atleast i think) completly outrageous!) |

| Yuru Yuri ... I somehow gained the will to finish this anime but it irritated the crap outta me! >.< Definitely one the most annoying! Zetman ... Kouga without a doubt was one of THE most irritating characters in the history of anime! Samurai Flamenco ... If you've seen this anime. . .no explanations are needed. . .there should be a warning with this anime. . .it would say 'Staff and Crew were high during the making of this anime. . .proceed with caution' |

Some others that I couldn't stand were Vampire Knight (already discussed) Ladies v. Butlers!, Kuroshitsuji 2, Psychic Academy, and Mai Hime! | Death Note because I just personally thought it wasn't interesting at all, imo.. Yet people treat it like it's the best thing mankind thought of, and most of L's fangirls act mentally retarded. (I said "MOST" not "ALL") And Sword Art Online... It's basically Twilight for males, that got on my nerves. And the thing with Asuna being turned into a damsel in distress, when originally she's stronger than Kirito. SAO seems like it was written by middle school boys or something. lol Yet I still forced myself to watch both seasons. The Gun Gale arc actually wasn't all that bad, after that it turned back into pointless garbage. If they made a season 3, I would definitely not watch that, though... I'm not giving it anymore chances. xD |
