| Great episode. Executed very well and is akin to the glory of the middle parts of the show. I still really don't like how they've abandoned the classical music OST, where is it... Well the show was treading to a 10, but now it's back at a 9. Probably would not get a 10. Also that dream sequence is a bit typical but awesome. |

I feel sorry for them because they are purely victims, but if Albert had listened to Franz's warning just once, he could have been saved. Now please stop being an idiot and save Eugenie from that bastard Andrea. And that sword in Albert's dream, hmmm is that a sign that the Count will die by Albert's hand? |

| Albert is STILL being a moron! I don't think the writer even realized how utterly stupid he's making this character. His mom is begging him to just leave with her & settle down in peace, yet he lashes out saying "WHAT ABOUT DAD?!" & then chastises "her and her friends" for getting him involved in their love triangle... "Her friends" = HIS DAD! Not only that, but he then asks "why do my friends have to die for your past?" when in reality, this was 100% Albert's fault! First, he's the one that charged off & challenged the Count to a duel because he was too butthurt to accept the truth. Next, he got drunk & overslept, allowing Franz the opportunity to take his place in said duel. Had he not done either, this wouldn't have happened, yet he blames his mom and "her friends" (aka his DAD). Yes, there were other people involved, but he continues to act like his dad wasn't involved. Hell, his dad was the MOST involved. His mom was basically a victim in this. She loved Edmond, but Albert's dad & his friends betrayed Edmond (among others) and took what they wanted. |

| Albert is mentally and physically destroyed and Eugenie is being raped and sold by her father... well the situation isn't good for our protagonists to say the least |
